The next few days became a blur to Hyukjae. He kept staring on his phone, on a specific message that he received days ago. He isn't confuse and he's sure he's not after receiving a confession as a year-ender message. He then laughed at the irony. He received a confession before the year ends while Donghae confessed to his "old crush". At first, he thought it was Donghae who messaged him. But then, what would he feel if it was Donghae who messaged him? Would he be happy? Disappointed? Disgusted? But at point, he was somehow disappointed it wasn't Donghae who messaged and he doesn't know why. He sighed as he closed his eyes. 

Donghae was blank. After confessing to his "old crush", this replied an "I love you too" as well in a jokingly manner. He took this as a joke, knowing the nature of his old crush.
