(I wonder if she really did forget about me. Was I the one to cause her to change so much. I didn’t mean to. I didn’t even have the chance to explain everything to her. If only I wasn’t so scared and immature to admit that I really did love her back then. Even up till now.)

*3 years back*

//Jr, Ren and their 3 other friends was over at Jr place. Just hanging out as usual. They have decided to play dare or double dare. They have been playing it for the third round already. And everything was in a mess. One of them was strip down to his boxer. While another one was cross dressing. Follow by, another unluckily one who has to drink a glass of weird liquid that you won’t even want to know what was in it. While Ren, he had to call his parents tricking them that he had make some girl pregnant. And it wasn’t going to well. Because he was sure that he would be whooped when he got back home. It was finally Jr turn.//

Guy 1: Dare or double dare?

Jr: Double dare.

Guy 2: Woooo as expected from Jr.

Ren: What should we make him do? 😉

Guy 3: I got it! Your friend Zenda!

Ren: This is not going to end well.

Guy 3: I dare you to get her to be yours.

Guy 2: WHAT! It impossible. It’s Zenda we’re talking about. He can’t possibly get her even if they are best friend. She is a hard catch.

Guy 1: Well if he can’t get her. He could always run around the school field .

Ren: I don’t think this is a good idea.

Guy 1: What do you think Jr? Our almighty Jr, are you finally going to back out of the challenge.

Jr: As if!

Guy 2: We will give you a month time.

Ren: //Whispering to Jr// You sure this is a good idea?

Jr: //Whispering back to Ren// I don’t back out of challenges.

Ren: JR!

Jr: I know what I’m doing. Don’t worry. (It’s not like I have anything to lose anyway. I have a biggest crush on Zenda. It is not like Ren do not know about this. And this is my chance and excuse to finally confess to her.)

*2 weeks later*

JR POV

(I wonder what's with Zenda. She has been acting so weird around me. As if she have something to hid from me. Well, she did ask me to meet at the play ground we usually hang out. It’s weird though. It’s not like her. But, oh well. I could just this chance to confess to her and get the dare done as well.)

Zenda: I like you…

Jr: (WHAT! DID SHE JUST CONFESSED. OMG. I CAN’T BELIEVE IT. I got to play it cool. Play it cool Jr. Omg I can’t believe this is happening. She look so nervous, how cute.) //Chuckled softly at Zenda.// I like you too?

Zenda: I meant… I….Like.you not like a friend….

Jr: (TOOO CUTE!) I get it. I like you too. I feel the same way about you.

Zenda: What?

Jr: Hahaha, Wait. Did you come here confessing thinking I would reject you?

Zenda: //Nods her head//

Jr: (How can I not love her. Omg, I really can’t believe it. Am I dreaming. Dear lord, I don’t want to wake up anymore. I got to do this. I got to man it up.) //Chucked at her. Staring at her in the eyes. Grabbing one of her hand. Pulling her towards him. While his other hand circling around her tiny waist. Giving her a smile before leading down capturing her lips to his. Planting a soft kiss on her lips. Pulling back after that.//

Zenda, we have been friends for a year now. Well, knowing you for this long. I know you didn’t catch on that I actually have feelings for you for quite a while. But this confession was unexpected for me. Call me old fashion but, confession is supposed to be the guy thing. And Zenda, yes I see you as a girl even though you’re not quite a girl at the same time. HAHAHA. So just let me do the confession this time would you.

I love you Zenda. You don’t know how lucky am I, to have you finally turn towards me and see me. Thank you for giving me a chance. Will you go out with me?

Zenda: Yes!

Jr: (Officially the best day ever.) //Chucking at Zenda, bring her close to him again enveloping her in a tight hug.//

(It really was the best day of my life though. I don’t ever regret being with you. The only regret I have was being too late. Too late to hold you back before you disappear. I hate myself for that.)
