Younghee ran down the forest floor as she was running from one of Dongyun's illusions. It was a friday evening and they were hanging out in the edge of the forest near their village just practicng their powers. She glared at Dongyun as currently a large monster looking thing was chasing her. Dongyun said that he had seen it in a movie. She sighed as she levitated just kicking the monster in the chest as she ducked as a fire ball was thrown at the creature as she blew air at it just intensify the fire as she watched the illusion disappear. She turned as she looked at the group that was working together. "I need to get faster. Ruiho was already here when I was still running. We would have cut our vanquish time in half if I was faster." She said as she looked at them. 

"No, you were fast enough." Ruiho said as he looked at her. He looked over to the an area as there were some flashing blue, red, and white lights. "Yeah, I think something happened." He said as he walked with the trio as the others were practicing back at the barn. He walked with them over to the lights just looking at police talking with some campers as the medical examiner was pushing a body bag to the van. 

"Look scorch marks that aren't like Ruiho's." Younghee whispered at the two boys. Younghee could see Jun talking to a police man as he was waiting for them at the next mark point with Dongyun's next set of illusions that he didn't make due to this discovery. She looked at her phone as Jooheon texted tem to meet him at the barn. Younghee texted him that they would as they left the area. They walked up to the barn as Younghee looked at Jooheon. "What happened?" She asked 

"People found a dead body. It was burn partially but some of the personal items that they found here coven like. I took a picture of the emblem that was on the girl's necklace. I think she was a witch and whatever demon or warlock heard you guys and scrammed then the fire burned out but did not burn the body all the way." Jooheon said 

"It could be related to our game thingy." Dongyun said as they walked into the barn. He watched Jooheon walked over to the others as he explained what had happened. He sat down as he looked around "Where is Kyulkyu?" He asked

"She was practicing orbing from here to the attic." Hojung said as she looked at them. "You can go check in the attic if you want." She said 

"I am sure she is ok." Dongyun said as Wootak shook his head. 

"I'll go check on her." Wootak said

"Me too, we can look in the book." Yeseul followed as she gave Dongyun a look. She walked next to Wootak just walked in Hojung's grandma's house. They walked up to the attic as Kyulkyu was on the couch holding an ice pack to her head. "Are you okay?" She asked 

"I orbbed up here and Hojung's grandmas was putting herbs up and she scared me and I hit my head on a shelf." Kyulkyu said as she looked at them. 

"Oh okay. Wootak can fill you in while I look at the book." Yeseul said as she walked to the book just opening it up. She didn't know many warlocks or demons that try to burn a body as they could just use a power or something like that. She flipped through the pages as she looked over to Wootak and Kyulkyu looking through some books. "Are you guys trying to find the coven that she is in?" Yeseul asked 

"Yep." Kyulkyu answered as she looked at her. "There are tons of them around the world." She added as she looked back at the book that she was reading. She looked at Wootak as he looked away from her. "Can you not do that?" She half glared at him. 

"Do what?" He asked 

"Read my feelings or whatever you are doing. It is bad enough Dongyun listens in then teases me when I am repeating his instructions on how to make drinks." Kyulkyu said as she blinked at him. 

"I will try not to just some of you are easier to read than others." Wootak said as he looked at Yeseul as he could never tell what she was feeling like she was blocking him out as where Kyulkyu was like an open book. "Sorry for making you annoyed." He was flicked. 

"Can you two not act like children?" Yeseul blinked at them. 

"Sorry mom." Kyulkyu laughed a little as Yeseul threw the pen that she had in her hand at her. "Pen." She waved her hand as the pen hit the wall next to them. 

"Magical gain." Wootak warned as Kyulkyu rolled her eyes.

"Says the person constantly empathing us." Kyulkyu said as she started to read a page. "Oh, I thinkI found it." Kyulkyu said as she stopped on a page. She showed the page to Wootak as he nodded. "The Moon Tree Coven. They are a group of witches that use the forest and moon to celebrate their spirtual ways. It doesn't look like they have any powers like us but are more spiritual witches that celebrate forest creatures real and magical alike." Kyulkyu said

"Yeah, that could explain why she was out in the forest. We need to find her coven mates and protect them or what out who or what is killing them." Younghee said 

"Do you think trolls are tyring avenge their fallen other trolls?" Wootak asked the two. 

"I don't think so. Younghee and Jun killed them all." Yeseul said as she looked at them. 

"Are we completely sure about that?" Wootak said as the other two girls nodded. "Okay then I'll go report this to the others. You two keep looking to see what else could want to kill these coven members." Wootak took the book that Kyulkyu had handed him as he walked out. He walked back to the barn as he walked in just seeing the others sitting around. "We found the coven." He said 

"Who are they?" Younghee asked 

"Moon Tree Coven. They aren't magical but spiritual and celebrate the forest and all its creatures - magical or not." Wootak said as he passed around the book. "I left Yeseul and Kyulkyu upstairs to keep searching demons that would want them dead. We need to figure out a way to find the other coven members." Wootak looked at them. 

"We could go down to the police station and ask. I mean Ruiho's dad is a police officer." Hojung said as she looked at Ruiho. 

"You can't just go into a polic station and ask about a case. Police officers can't talk about cases with other people." Ruiho said as he looked at them. "The best that i can do is my dad leaves his files on the kitchen table and I can look at those." Ruiho said as he looked at them. 

"So are we done here?" Dongyun asked as he stood up. 

"I guess so." Hojung said "What do you have a date?" She asked 

"No, I was thinking of going out tonight." Dongyun said as he looked at them. 

"You still do that?" Jun asked 

"From time to time." Dongyun said as he looked at them. "It is fun." He answered 

"Yea, of course it is fun for  the ppor sap that you leave alone in the middle of night in some motel room." Ruiho said as he looked at him. 

"Yeah and your so much better?" Dongyun said 

"Yes, I am. I am was an idol. Most of ual or physical contact was being smacked or unwanted by screaming teenage girls." Ruiho said as he looked at him. 

Yeseul walked into the bard as she looked at them. "I couldn't really find anything in the book that was totally going in our favor as it could have been any warlock or demon that can control fire." She said as she looked at them. 

"Where is Kyul?" Younghee asked 

"Oh she went home to get ready for some night out or something. She is going to some comic geeks book congratulations thingy." Yeseul said as she looked at them. 

"That is all you got?" Hojung asked as she nodded. 

"It isn't highschool anymore. We don't have to protect her from everything. She lives in fantasy world anyway." Dongyun stuck his hands in his jacket pockets anyway. Dongyun walked past Yeseul was he walked past both Ruiho's and Kyulkyu's house as he lived further down the street as Kyulkyu was waiting on her front porch. "If there is rare chance you get drunk tonight then call me and I'll bring you home. We will probably be in the same area." He called to her as she looked up form her phone. 

"Doubt it, but thank you." Kyulkyu responded. "More like you'll be drunk dialing me." She laughed a iittle. 

Dongyun shook his head as he looked at her. "Are you waiting on someone?" He asked as she nodded. 

"Yes, my friend is coming to pick me up. He has a car and doesn't midn to come get me." Kyulkyu said 

"Wait your friend is a guy? He draws shappy love stuff?" Dongyun walked up the steps of her porch just leaning on the post on the stairs. 

"No, he draws and romance stories. We meet when I was advertising my own work. I applied for an internship at his publishing place as assiasstant graphic artist." Kyulkyu said as she looked at him. 

"Oh. Okay then, didn't not get that?" He asked 

Kyulkyu sighed as she nodded. "Thanks for rubbing that in." She said as he shrugged. 

A car pulled up as a guy came out just walking up to them. "Hey Kyu." He said as Dongyun moved out of the way as he looked at him. "Oh were you going to bring a guest?" He asked as Kyulkyu shook her head no. 

"No, this is just my friend Dongyun. He lives down the street." Kyulkyu moved around Dongyun as he started down the stairs as well. 

"Oh okay." He said as he watched Kyulkyu moved around Dongyun. He opened up the passgenar door as he got back int the driver's side. He drove off as Kyulkyu was inside just driving off to the where the party at a club was going to be.

Dongyun was pulling on his jacket as he heard some knocks on his door. He sighed as he stuck his hands in his pocket as he walked to his door. He opened it up to see Ruiho, Jun, and Wootak. "What do you guys want?" He asked as he let them in as he noticed most of them looked like Ruiho had dressed them as Wootak didn't look like church boy for once. "Tell me Ruiho isn't trying to relive his failed carrer?" Dongyun blinked at them

"Hey! , we are here to come with you." Ruiho said as he looked at him. "My dad is letting me borrow the car. The girls already left as Yeseul got the place Kyulkyu is going to be at from Kyulkyu's twitter. They left already." Ruiho nodded "And I had to make sure those two looked half way decent to get girls to even think about looking at them." Ruiho looked at Wootak and Jun. 

"Girls look at me." Wootak counter back 

"Yeah to know if you are going to shove a bible in their face." Dongyun replied. "Or study school fillers." He picked up his keys 

"My students thought I was handsome for you information. I was even voted the most handsome teacher." Wootak smiled 

"Oh I am sure you are." Dongyun slipped his shoes. "Come on, left go I guess." Dongyun pushed them out of his apartment as he locked it up behidn them. He walked to the car parked on the street as he got in. "I was half expecting the squad car." He looked at Ruiho

"Shut up." Ruiho looked at them. "Put on your seatbelts." He addeda he heard buckle clicks as he drove off. He had to park in a parking garage a block away from the club as Wootak was trying to talk to Yeseul on his phone. "Just tell her we are like five minutes away." Ruiho stuffed the keys in his pocket as he walked behind the other three. 

"Yeseul said that we shouldn't miss it." Wootak said as they walked up to the club. They walked inside as he could spot Hojung shaking a shaker just pouring something for Younghee as Yeseul was sipping a glass of water. "They are over there." Wootak said as Ruiho and Dongyun had already gone to the bar as Jun was making his way to the girls. He walked over to the girls just waving. "Hi." He sat down next to Yeseul

"Where are the other two?" Hojung asked 

"The bar." Jun answered as he leaned on his elbow. 

"Kyul is up there in the vip section. She sticks out as she is only one up there with bright red hair. Plus the drawings on the big screens and characters stands were made her and the guy the party is for, I think they said his name is Hongseok (Pentagon). That is what a waiter told us." Younghee said as she pointed to the different character standee and illstrations moving along the big screens in the club. "Don't they look familiar?" Younghee asked 

"She's always taken us as inspiration for characters. I think it is cute." Yeseul said as she nodded 

"I hope the big star doesn't ruin the night for us once girls starting screaming Euiho." Hojung said as Ruiho walked over. "Where is Dongyun?" She asked 

"He said he would find us later." Ruiho leaned against the table. "I passed Kyulkyu but I don't think she saw me." He added "She was busy taking pictures with people." He added 

"I texted her and told her that we are here." Hojung said as she looked at them. Hojung looked around as she saw Kyulkyu coming over just having pair of bunny ears on her head as she was carrying different colored ones seven in her hands. 

"What is with the bunny ears?" Yeseul asked as she was handed a sky blue pair. 

"They let the staff know that you can come in the party area." Kyulkyu said as she handed Younghee an aqua pair, Jun got an emerald green pair, Wootak a deeper blue, and Ruiho got a purple pair. The last paid was a blood red as she was wearing a light lliac color. 

"Dongyun is over there." Jun pointed to an area as Kyulkyu nodded. "So this just wasn't a surprise party for your friend but for you too?" He asked 

"Yeah, none of them told me that Hongseok had picked my characters to be the main ones of his story." Kyulkyu beamed as she looked at them. "You guys can go on up. I am going to go find Dongyun." Kyulkyu walked off just heading to the bar just seeing Dongyun talking to a group of girls. "Hi, can you give these to him and tell me to join us up there when he gets a chance." Kyulkyu handed the pair of ears to bartender as he nodded. She walked back up the stairs just smiling as the others were taking picturs with their card board cut outs look-a-likes. She felt her hand being grabbed by Yesul as she pulled her in between Hojung and her just dancing. 

Younghee walked over to Jun as she looked at him. "Are you going to watch everyone all night or will you come dance with me?" She asked 

"But I shouldn't leave Wootak alone." Jun said as he looked at the empty spot next to him as he blinked. "That weasel." He grumbled as he looked at Wootak spinning Yeseul around. Jun sighed as he gulped the rest of his drink as he got up. "I am not a very good dancer." He looked at her 

"That is okay. Do you think that I am any better?" Younghee replied "The best dancer here is Ruiho." She looked over to where Ruiho was dancing next to Hojung who was just sipping on her cocktail through a straw just trying to keep up with him. 

Jun only shook his head. "Show off that is what he is." Jun turned to her as he set his glass down. "At least I probably won't making a fool of myself." He followed Younghee to the dance area by the pull of her hand just wrapping his around her waist the moment that they stepped into a spot. Jun felt odd as he only had danced like this Hyerin. He pushed it out his mind as he looked down at Younghee smiling as she moved along to the music as he kind of just stood there.

Dongyun swirled his drink in his hand as he looked up to see the bartender holding out the pair of blood red bunny ears to him. "What are these for?" He asked as he took them just placing them next to his drink. He watched the bartender point up to the party area as he could see the others inside dancing and drinking. He looked back to the bartednder. 

"The cute one in the purple ears told me to give these to you. You have to wear them to get in." He said 

Dongyun nodded as he assumed the bartendered was talking about Kyulkyu. Granted, Dongyun didn't like things like this but he put them on anyway just fixing his hair in the mirror. He picked up his drink as he started up the stairs just seeing the others having on ears as he scanned the room for Kyulkyu to say hi and congrats. He spotted the light lillac ears plastered aganist tall male with navy bunny ears on. He glided through the crowd just taking the chance of the other male leaving to what he assumed to get drinks to slip in his place just placing an arm loosely around her waist. "So you'll take alcohol from him but not from me?" He backed up a step as she turned around as he replaced his arm. 

"Why? Are you jealous?" She asked as he rolled his eyes. 

"You haven't given me a reason to be." He countered back He watched her annoyed pout face as he smirked down at her. "Congrats. How much money do I get for you using my handsome face for him?" Dongyun nodded towards his look alike. 

"Nothing!" Kyulkyu hit his shoulder "Thanks though. I didn't think you would come up here. You had a lot of friends down there." Kyulkyu looked at him. 

"I had more important friends up here." Dongyun responded "Plus the alcohol is free up here." He snickered at her eye roll. "The others probably already told you this but i hope this goes well for you. You've work hard for it." Dongyun said into her ear so she would hear him fully. 

"Oh look, Yun, actually giving a guiene compliment without scarcastic add on?" Kyulkyu as she laughed as he glared at her. "I am just teasing you." She sang-song as she smiled at him. "You're the first to say anthing." She watched as his face kept the glare but directed at her.

"You're the guy from earlier tonight." Hongseok walked up. "Sorry, I had the bar make you a drink." Hongseok looked at Dongyun's arm as he didn't move it. 

Dongyun powers was blocked mostly by the loud music in his brain so it made it almost impossible to read othes. He just looked at Hongseok trying to read him as he had started doing this to everyone to just make sure. "And you're the sports car." Dongyun replied as he looked at him. "The second we saw this was the place Kyulkyu was in and got this great thing - we had to come support her. We are all really close. I'm Dongyun." He nodded 

"Hongseok. Yeah, this was supposed to be a surprise. I liked her art style and my art is close to hers so I approached her to do this project. Then my publishing company really liked it." Hongseok handed her the drink. 

"My little rice cake! We're so proud of you!" Hojung grabbed ahold of Kyulkyu's waist getting inbetween her and Hongseok. "Come on, the photo booth is open!" She swatted Dongyun's arm as Kyulkyu gave her drink up to him. 

"Don't you dare drink it all, Yun! Or leave just the ice like you use to when we would get the mega cones back in school!" Kyulkyu glared at him as she was pulled by Hojung and Yeseul. 

Dongyun only shurged at Kyulkyu as he drank from it not using the straw. He just looked at Hongseok. He looked at Hongseok's annoyed face. "This pretty good what is in it?" Dongyun asked 

Hongseok only crossed his arms. "Vanilla and cherry blossom. I had it made specially for Kyulie since she doesn't drink." Hongseok answered as he snatched it back just walking to the photobooth as Dongyun followed. 

"Dongyun, have you taken a picture with Kyulkyu yet?" Hojung asked as she stepped out of the booth

"No." He answered as he was pulled forward. He was pushed into the booth just ducking his head as he sat down next to Kyulkyu. He looked at her has she half yawned. "Oh are we past your bedtime, little one?" He asked as he selected the type of filter and other little things on the screen. 

"You do remember I am older than you." Kyulkyu looked at him

"Only in age not about anything else." Dongyun moved closer to her to fit in the frame with her. He took the pictures with her as he stepped out just raising the fabric covering the entry as Kyulkyu got out. He watched walked back to Hongseok just being handed a fresh drink just walking off with him. He walked over to where the others were sitting sipping on either water or drinks. 

"Do you think she wont' be around the cafe anymore?" Yeseul asked 

"No, besides I think home boy over ther had ultieor motives." Ruiho looked at her as he moved over to make room for Dongyun who sat down. "You talked to him the most, what do you think Yun?" He looked at him

"He only said his publishing company like Kyulkyu's characters. Why should I care whatever motives he has?" Dongyun asked 

"Because she's our friend." Hojung said 

"Yeah, I am happy for her but her love life or beyond that none of my business." Dongyun leaned on his elbow. 

"Oh so if Hongseok turns out to be a demon then it will become your business?" Hojung crossed her arms.

"I think you're being dramatic." Dongyun spoke 

"Says the man who soltuion was just just kill Iljoo the moment he was magical." Wootak shook his head 

"Did we ask your opinion?" Dongyun glared at him. "I beleve we did not." He answered his own question. "I am just saying if is not my concern unless yes, she is in danger from magically beings. She can handle herself." Dongyun told them 

"You are a loser." Hojung bluntly spoke as she got up. "I am going to the snack table." She said 

"I'll come with you." Younghee said 

"Get me some cake!" Jun was trapped at the end of seat with Yeseul and Wootak next to him. He only got an okay sign from Yeseul as she caught up with Hojung. Jun scanned the lower floor as he noticed a group of girls and one being Hyerin  as he laid his head on the table just slightly pulling his jacket up. 

"What are you doing?" Wootak glanced at him as Jun hushed him. 

"She's here. Oh crap, crap." Jun spoked into the table trying to hide his face. 

"Who is he talking about?" Yeseul said as she looked around. 

"No one important to you." Ruiho said as he had spotted Hyerin. "She can't come up here, Jun. Besides she is with some guy, I am pretty sure she won't care to see you or talk to you. Beisdes you can always act that you're with Younghee - you cling to her like a puppy half the time." Ruiho nodded his head to her to Wootak. 

"Oh." Wootak nodded 

"I do not." Jun out stretched his arms across the table.

"Yeah, Younghee's prettier than her." Yeseul found the person they were talking about as she patted Jun's hand. "She hasn't even looked over here Besides Hojung and Younghee are coming back so look normal." She added 

"Jun never looks normal. He is always anxious about something. What did he freak that I would forget his cake?" Younghee sat down just handing Jun a plate. 

"Oh yeah that was it." Yeseul answered for the three boys as she sipped on her shared water wth Wootak. She watched as Jun raised his head just stuffing a bite of cake in his mouth. "Come on, Tak. The music is finally getting good agian." Yeseul said as she got up just pulling the other with her. 

Younghee looked from Ruiho to Jun. "Is something wrong?" She asked 

Ruiho shook his head as he stole a cookie off Hojung's plate as she swatted at him. "Oh get over it, you''ll get fat." Ruiho said 

"Excuse me - what did you just say to me?" Hojung spoke with cheeks full of cake. 

"Chimpmunk, you'll get fat like theodore from that chimpmunk movie." Ruiho repeated as Hojung smacked him. 

"What I put in my body and how much I eat is not your concern - jerk!" Hojung glared at him 

"Whatever, chimpmunk cheeks." Ruiho said as he muched on his cookie. 

"I wish i could blow you up." Hojung whispered under her breath

"You would miss me too much. Who would reach the top cabinets for you?" Ruiho asked 

"I'll buy a ladder." Hojung gave him a blank face

"You don't waste money though when you have a human ladder right here." Ruiho smirked at her as she just bit a peice out of the cookie she had. "Plus I am much better of an eye sore than a stupid ladder." He winked 

"Shut up and get fat then maybe you won't be so pig-headed." Hojung shoved a cookie in his mouth as she leaned on her elbow. Hojung was watching the ower floor as she noticed the necklace on a girl that was leaving with a guy. "Oh god, it is moon tree coven symbol on that girl's necklace." Hojung said as she got up. "Yun, you stay here and keep looking. Come on guys." Hojung grabbed Ruiho's arm as Younghee pulled Jun along by the hand. 

Kyulkyu walked over to their table as she watched the others hurrying outside. "Where are they going?" She asked "I was going to ask Younghee and Hojung to dance." She said  

"Magic." Dongyun slinked back a drink. "What happened to your guy?" Dongyun asked 

"Oh, Hongseok is dancing with someone he ran into at the bar. She's prettier than me. Plus I told you he only gave me a ride." Kyulkyu said as she looked at him. She sipped on a drink clearly not  

Dongyun took ahold of her hand as he stood up. He looked at her as he noticed her ears were gone and on the girl Hongseok had infront of him.  He placed her glass on the table. He didn't say anything as he guided Kyulkyu away from their table just on to the dance floor as he pulled her close just placing his hands hands at her side.

Hojung walked down the alley wiht Ruiho at her side as Jun and Younghee were not too far behind. She blinked as she rubbed her arms as they had left their stuff back at their table. She looked around as she turned towards Ruiho. "I swore that I saw them turn this way." Hojung said as she could see Younghee and Jun walking up. She turned down another alley way just not waiting for anyone to answer. She could heard heels running towards them as she raised up her arms quickly just freezing the guy chasing the girl as the girl stopped infront of her and Ruiho. "Are you okay?" Hojung asked 

"You guys are witches?" She asked as Hojung nodded. "He said he was going to burn me up like the others." She said as she stood beside Ruiho. 

"I do not think that he is a demon, but he might be a witch hunter." Hojung said as she looked them. "What do we do? We have never dealt with a human." Hojung said as she guided the girl to stay with Younghee and Jun.  

"Turn him over to the police?" Ruiho asked as he looked at them "I mean we can't kill a human." Ruiho said as he looked at them. Ruiho looked back to the empty spot where the guy use to be. "Okay, lets go. I think he must have been helped by a demon." Ruiho ushered them back to the club as he looked at them. "I think it is time to go home and find out who to protect - uhm what is your name?" He asked her 

"Oh, I am Sora (OC)." The girl said "I need to tell my friends. They aren't members. My older sister is more involved than myself. She just makes me wear this to be safe." Sora said as she followed them to their table as they gathered their stuff. 

"Where did you guys go?" Wootak asked as he looked at them. 

"Saving someone. Where is Dongyun and Kyulkyu?" Hojung asked 

"Around, We can fill them in later. Lets go." Yeseul said as she looked at Hojung. "I'll text them." She said as she walked out with them. "Give me your necklace and jacket, we can switch. Ruiho can drive you to Hojung's and Wootak can drive us in the opposite direction to give you guys enough time to escape." Yeseul switched items with Sora as she wrapped her arm around Wootak's. 

"Jun you stay with them. You guys will enough fire power with Younghee and Jun with you. Come on, chipmunk.' Ruiho walked off just was Hojung smacked his shoulder as they walked with Sora. "Not infront of the innocent." He scolded as he dropped his jacket over Hojung's head as they walked. "It is just past her bedtime." Ruiho said 

"You two are cute." Sora answered 

"I'd rather die than be cute with that thing." Hojung looked at her phone as she texting in the group chat. She texted to Kyulkyu and Dongyun to meet at her house soon as they had a emgerency to attend to. 

"She means thank you." Ruiho glared at Hojung. He unlocked his dad's car as he opened the doors for the girls as he closed them just getting in the driver spot. He pulled out just driving on home. "Did you text Kyulkyu and Dongyun to get their own ride home?" He asked Hojung He didn't get an answer as he glanced over to Hojung just staring at her phone. "Are you ignoring me?" He asked as he reached out just handing Sora his phone. "There is two numbers that are labeled as Rice Cake and Dickhead. Just text them and tell them they will have to find their own rides home." Ruiho said as Sora nodded 

"Uhm, you got text from yazuka witch that said to go straight to Hojung's house and they will meet you there." Sora looked confused as she looked at Ruiho nodded. 

"That is Yeseul. Just type back okay." Ruiho said as he drove down the road back to Hojung's house. He looked Hojung as she was typing on her phone. "Did someone text you?" He asked 

"Kyulkyu said that they will be at my place in a couple hours." Hojung said as she leaned on her elbow just taking Ruiho's phone from her as they made their way to Hojung's house.
