"Soo Jin, Do you want to go to the store with me?" My Eomma called from the other side of me. I smiled and nodded my head. "Sure, Why not, I'm not doing anything special anyways." I got up and grabbed my cane, finding my way to the door. "Eomma, your at the door right?" "Ne, I am, just walk over to me." I walked over to the door, I felt her arm loop around me tightly as she led me out of out front door and into the brisk air of Seoul. I sighed. I was really getting tired of not letting her trust me to be fine to walk on my own. 

     "Eomma, Why won't you let me walk on my own? I'm completely capable of walking with my own two feet." I made a frown face for her to see. I felt her grip tighten on me. "Your blind.. You can run into people, and walls. Your not capable of walking anymore." My blood began to broil at her comment, I wasn't going to let that remark go so easily. "Yah, Eomma, who says that I'm not capable of walking? I walk around the house everyday without your help don't I? Stop acting like I can't do anything just because I have a disability. I can do anything I want to as long as I put my mind to it! Why are you so stingy towards me lately? It's really making me angry!" I finally finished my sentence and flipped my hair with a twitch of the head.

     "Soo Jin, I suggest you stop talking right now." I grit my teeth together as I heard her tell me to stop. "You Know I have a right to telling my feelings Eomma? I'm telling you that I'm tired of you acting like I can't do anything by myself! So please, give me space!" I heard my Eomma grunt in annoyance as she continued to walk faster than what it was before. I rolled my eyes, or at least, I thought I was. "Were at the store now." My Eomma bluntly said to me. I nodded. "Can I stay out here, I'm in no mood to stand around with you." "Fine, do whatever you want since you think your capable of doing everything by yourself. I'll be out in 40 minutes at least." With that she left me to fend for myself... Just what I wanted. 

     "Sa rang eun a nil geo ra go Jeol dae ro a nil geo ra go Mae beon sog yeo wat ji man nae Mam eun ja kku neo reur bu reo go (Still- A.N.Jell)" I perked up a bit as I heard the soft words to the song. Whoever was singing those lyrics had me so drawn to it. Their voice was so captivating. I couldn't just stand there, I had to go find out who it was that was singing. I tapped my cane forward, and started to follow where the voice was coming from. I walked along the sides of the sidewalk, so my hands could swish across the buildings on the left of me. Soon the singing began to come louder and louder, I realized that I was becoming closer and closer. I smiled as I heard the words more clearly. 

       Finally, I reached it. The place where I kept hearing the singing. I turned my head and slowly made my way into the open doorway. I moved closer towards the voice only to find myself tapping my cane forward. I started to hit things that were in front of me, causing me to abruptly stop in my tracks. "Yah!! Watch where your going blind girl! I don't need you tapping at my ankles!" Some man said screaming at me. I quickly bowed 90 degrees. "Chesoamnida Ahjusshi!" I said taking another bow. The man didn't say another word after that, and I frowned deeply, and continued to listen to the voice. 

       "Geu to rog a peu ge hae do nae mam eun neor ttea nar su eopt na bwa Sa rang eun ha na in ga bwa nae mam eun byeon chi an na bwa Neor hyang hae ji kyeo on sa rang I je neun da man ar su it da go Neol saranghae" The lyrics were so sweet I couldn't help but smile from ear to ear. The boy finally finished his song and the crowd clapped and screamed, I too joined along with them. "Ghansamnida!" I heard him say through the microphone. After a minute people started pushing me backwards, I didn't realize what they were doing at first until a bunch of people started to yell at me. "WHY ARE YOU JSUT STANDING THERE BLIND GIRL MOVE!" A woman yelled at me. 

     I winced at her piercing voice coming from the right side of my ear. I quickly covered my ear with my free hand and felt her push me hardly into someone. I quickly tried to back away from the person but they grabbed onto my wrist. I was already scared, and I wasn't planning to get kidnapped. "YAH! YOU! APOLOGIZE TO HER!" The, what seemed to be a boy said to someone raising up my wrist. His voice sounded strangely familiar, but I just couldn't figure out who it was. "H-H-Hongki Oppa!" The girl squealed as I could hear her footsteps come towards me and Hongki. I was stunned to find out that it was Hongki who was defending me. "Yah, Say Sorry! I don't like how you were treating her just then!" "Bu-" "APOLOGIZE!" 

     The girl then shut up. I heard her let out a few whines. "Mianhae." She said to me half heartedly. "I didn't hear it! And it didn't even sound sincere! Say it to her again!" "I SAID I WAS SORRY! I'M SORRY FOR BEING DISRESPECTFUL TO YOU GIRL! IS THAT BETER?" I didn't say anything, I was to confused. Mainly because Hongki, but then again.. The girl was starting to freak me out. Who knew she could be so obedient. "That's better.. You can go now, If I find you being disrespectful to my Soo Jin I really won't like you then." The girl gasped and I heard her footsteps. "She's gone now." Hongki said to me. "Ghamsamnida Hongki for sticking up for me." I smiled. 

      "It was nothing! Besides, she was being really mean to you! I couldn't just let her slide!" I giggled. His voice was really cute. "So what are you doing here?" Hongki asked me. I brought my cane up and down and hear it hit the floor over and over. "I heard some man singing while I was outside of the store waiting for my Eomma. His voice was really nice... I liked it a lot." "Oh? What did you like about the voice specifically?" I tilted my head and I couldn't help but smile as I heard it play again through my head. "I really liked how unique it sounded. It was strong, but warm. And their singing.. It bring a real smile to my face. But I would really like to tell the singer this.." I said as I pouted at the last line.

     "Well, you already told him." I lifted my head up at first I was confused but then I realized what he was meaning. "Wait... Y-You were the singer?" I said pointing at thin air. He laughed and grabbed my finger. "I'm right here. And Ne, I was the singer." My mouth dropped, Although I don't know Hongki very well I didn't realize that he was capable of having such a strong voice. "Wow!! Omo, Hongki! You were so good!!!!" I smiled clapping my hands together letting my cane drop. He burst into laughter. I stopped. "What's so funny?" I asked him. "It's just that your actions are cute!" My cheeks started to suddenly feel hot, I finally realized that I started blushing. I casually lifted my hand over my face. 

     "So do you want to go get something to drink since your here?" I took out my phone and handed it to him. "I'm saying yes, but can you text my Eomma that I'm with you?" He took it from my hands. "Sure." He said. It was quiet for a few seconds until I hear my phone close and he put my phone back into my hands. "It's all settled, If she says no about it, Oh well, at least she knows where you are, should we go now?" I nodded my head in agreement. I felt him put my hand into his. "I'll lead the way!" He said happily as he led me out of wherever we were. The walk was really entertaining, Hongki was to busy telling me about his day, and what he did for a living. How enthusiastic he sounded every time he talked about music made me smile, his personality was so bright. 

     "You don't mind Strawberry Milk do you?" Hongki asked me as we came to a stop. I waved my head back and forth. "No, I don't mind Strawberry milk!" I said to him, giving him a smile. "Okay good!" He said. A few minutes later I heard him pay for our two strawberry milks, I was just confused because he didn't tell me at all that we had already been there paying. "Is this your girlfriend?" The cashier asked. I was about to deny but Hongki jabbed in. "She's pretty isn't she?" "Ne, she is! You should take good care of her!" I can't believe Hongki did that. Although it was crazy, I was blushing. "Don't worry Ahjumma I will! Let's go Soo Jin!" Hongki tugged on my hand and I started walking. We walked outside, Hongki led me somewhere and slowly and gently pushed me down, I did as told and sat down. 

     Hongki put the strawberry milk into my hands. It was cold in my warm hands."I already put the straw in so you can drink it now!" I smiled. "Ghansamnida Hongki!" I started to sip slowly on my strawberry milk. "Hey Soo Jin." Hongki called to me. I turned my head. "Hm?" "Why do you call me just Hongki? You know I'm older than you right?" I was confused... for a third time. "What else is their to call you?" "Hm, well you can call me Hongki Oppa!" I gulped my strawberry milk. "Hongki..... Oppa?" I heard him laugh a bit. "That's better." I smiled a bit. He was so random, but he could easily make me happy. "Thank you for treating me to the strawberry milk! I really appreciate it!" I said finishing off the strawberry milk. "Oh, it's no problem at all! Let's just do it again next time?" Hongki asked me. I smiled and nodded. "We definitely have to! Um, can you check my phone? I felt my phone vibrate awhile ago but I didn't bother checking it." 

     I handed my phone over to Hongki. It was quiet for a few minutes. "Well, what did she say?" "She said that if you aren't back at her side this instance you'll be in big trouble." I groaned. I've been growing more and more annoyed with her each and every day. "I guess i should go." I said through a pout. I really didn't want to leave Hongki, I wanted to hang out with him more, but my Eomma, of course wasn't going to let that happen. "I'll take you back. She said she'll be waiting in front of the grocery store." I hesitated for a second but I nodded. He took my hand once again and he led the way back. It was quiet the whole way back to meet my Eomma. I wasn't looking forward to seeing her again. "SOO JIN! COME HERE RIGHT NOW!" My Eomma shrieked to me. I felt her yank me right to her side. I winced and rubbed my shoulder. "I'll see you later Hongki, thanks for buying me Strawberry Milk." I mumbled only for him to hear. "It's... Nothing. I'll just see you soon?"

     I nodded my head and I was whisked away by my Eomma. I wish I could see his face. Instead, I just looked back and waved. I was hoping he waved back. "I shouldn't of let you wait outside. Your so disobedient Soo Jin." I put my head down. 'You act like I care at this point....'
