Several minutes passed and only the sound of harsh breathing could be heard in the room. Yoongi clenched and unclenched his fists, willing himself to calm down so as not to scare Seokjin.

"I'd better bring you to the hospital to check for internal injuries."

"No, please, I...no..." 

There was panic in Jin's voice and a frantic look in his eyes as he pleaded with Yoongi. 

"Ssshh, ssshhh, it's okay, it's okay."

He gently wrapped his arms around a now shivering Seokjin, who seemed so small and fragile despite actually being taller than him by several inches . It hurts Yoongi to see the man so broken and scared; his large caramel eyes b with tears. 

"I'm going to call my friend. He's a doctor and you can trust him. I'm worried about you and if you don't want to go to a hospital, at least have him examine your injuries. I'll be right here with you, I promise."

A little while later, he felt the weight of Seokjin's head on his shoulder as he fell asleep still wrapped in Yoongi's warm embrace. A fierce sense of protectiveness came over him and he knows that no matter what he finds out, he's never letting go of Kim Seokjin.
