The bell attached to the door of the small coffee shop shook as the last customer left.Hurrying to clean the tables the chocolate haired eighteen year old,known as Kim Ji Eun cursed under her breath.

'He'll lock me out if I'm late!'Her mind yelled,causing her to clean faster. Not even bothering to look at the grandfather clock that occupied the left corner of the shop.Pulling the black apron from her waist she hurried to lock up the shop.

Harsh wind nipped at her slightly tanned skin and storm clouds formed above her.The mincing dark clouds caused her to begin running to her home, in hopes of her father not locking her out.But she knew there was a slim chance that he would let her in;meaning she'd have to sleep in the rain.But this wasn't the fist time,in fact this was the third time this week.

Approaching tthe house she took note of the porch light shining brightly.The door was within arms reach as she reached her hand out.Either way she knew if she stayed outside she would have a better chance of sleeping that night.

Twisting the bronze door knob she let out a little sigh of hope.For once maybe he was asleep.She slid off her wet boots before stepping into the cold and small house.She tiptoed into the house,her head hung low.Her feet ached from working and running home made it worse.She heard the squeak of a chair as if some one were moving around.
