Chapter 17: This Is Who I Am

“Arron, are you ready?” Xiao Xun asked.

“Yea, I am well prepared.” I said confidently.

“I’m scared…” Xiao Xun trembled.

“Don’t tell me you had stage fright!” I exclaimed.

“Actually. I had stage fright…” Xiao Xun smiled at me apologetically.

“What, so what are we going to do now?!” I shouted.

“Ermm… actually Arron, I was pulling your leg.” She stated.

“This is no time for joking Xiao Xun.”

“Anyways. Guigui is leaving at 12pm and its already erm… 11 am now. And the competition starts at 11.30 am.” Xiao Xun said

“Oh… so?” I said as if I don’t care.

“So you want to go a have a last look?” Xiao Xun asked.

“No.” I said clearly.

“Ok…” Xiao Xun sighed.

“Welcome to the 24th Inter National Duet competition which is held at Taiwan this year!” The host said.

“WOooh!” Claps could be heard from the audience.

Ok. Lets not waste tine and let the competition begin! Lets have the first group from MMS Academy. Arron Yan and Wang Jing Yi!” The host claooed and went backstage.

Me and Xiao Xun went up to the stage and sat on the two grand piano on the stage.

“Arron, you still have time now, go to the airport.” Xiao Xun whispered.

I looked down the stage. Hebe was there. I waved at her. She waved back. And she mouthed me some words.

“Erm, can I have a minute to talk?” I asked the judges.

“Ok, be quick.” The judges approved.

I went over Hebe and asked her what she want to say.

“Arron, you still have time now. Go get Guigui now.” She said quickly.

“But…” I said

“No buts. I can see that you still like Guigui, go get her! Now!” She said

I looked at her… and turned to face Xiao Xun. Xiao Xun nodded her head and I ran to the exit.

“What?! Why did Arron Yan ran out?” The host shouted.

“Mister, we decided to give up.” Xiao Xun said.

“Let him go…” Xiao Xun continued.

Hebe’s POV

I watched Arron ran out to the exit. Arron, all I could do is this… I walk to the exit and went to the airport for my flight.

Xiao Xun’s POV

Arron… good luck for finding Guigui…

Arron’s POV

I ran out to the exit and quickly called for a cab.

“Mister, the airport please, fast.” I said quickly.

The driver started the engine and went off in an fast speed. But when we were reaching the airport, there was a traffic jam.

“Darn it… why must there be a traffic jam now.” I mumbled

I looked at my watch. 11.50. 10 more minutes.

“Arghh… mister, here’s the money, no need look for change” I said as I jumped out of the cab.

I started running to the airport as fast as my legs could carry me. 11.55 am. I went to the counter and checked for Guigui’s flight.

“Gate 98.” The person in charge said.

“Thank you!” I ran off.

Guigui’s POV

I looked around again. Good bye Taiwan… Goodbye Hebe… Goodbye Xiao Xun…Goodbye…Arron… I turned to walk in.

“GUIGUI!” Someone shouted from behind.

It sounded like Arron… No it cant be… he come for what? We have no relationship already. Plus its his competition today.

“Guigui!” someone shouted again.

I turned around. And saw Arron running towards me. I couldn’t believe my eyes.

“Guigui! Don’t go!” Arron panted.

He ran towards me and hugged me.

“Don’t go. I love you.” He said, panting.

“Arron… stop being stubborn, I had to go.” I said coldly.

“Don’t go, don’t ever leave me. I really love you. I was with hebe that day because we wanted to buy your birthday present.” Arron said.

“Really?” I asked. I could feel tears forming in my eyes.

“Yes.” He said.

“Would you be my girlfriend again?” Arron asked.

“Yes.” I nodded.

“YAY!” Arron carried me up and turned me around.

“Put me down! People are looking!” I whispered.

“Hehe. OK.” He put me down.

“And one more thing Guigui.” He said.

“Yea?” I looked at him

“Would you change for me?” He asked.

“No.” I said firmly

“Why?” he asked, puzzled.

“Because this is who I am.”

on the second thought, i think i better update now.WOOH! YAY! Story ended! I hope estee wont kill me. :X this ending is so bad. T_T haih, after writing this story for so long.. okay, a few months.. its also ermm.. quite sad to end it? LOL~ I wanna thank Estee for requesting this story from me. ^^ Because when writing this story. I really enjoyed myself ^^. Swear. Hahas. And this is my first every story which is completed. I mean, not counting the oneshots… hahas. Ok.
