"Bin, this is our newest trainee, Lee Dongmin," the middle aged manager gently pushed Dongmin towards the other male who was currently more interested in his duffle bag. "Teach him how to dance," he instructed, then left the room with a light click of the door shutting. The dancer slowly turned around and stood up fully. A slight smirk played on Dongmin's lips as he took in the height difference. It was only a few centimeters off but it boosted his ego nonetheless.
Until he noticed Bin scrutinizing him, looking him up and down as if he was a lion about to devour his prey. Dongmin wanted to say something, anything to relieve the tension. He didn't want to cause any problems on his first day at Fantagio. He could feel the other man staring him down. The newcomer looked up and met his heated gaze willingly returning it with one of his own. The situation was similar to a dog being stared down by its owner to assert dominance. The face off could have lasted longer, but the dancer decided enough was enough and left the room without ever speaking a word to the other man. From this moment Dongmin knew that the upcoming months of training would be grueling torture, especially with trainee's such as the one he just met. He hoped with all his heart he would not be placed in a group with that man. this is what I do at midnight when I can't sleep. Incase you couldn't tell, this is my take on EunBin's first meeting irl. Idk why I wrote this instead of the next chapter
