I couldn't bear to hear the story.

I was going to cry for not being there to protect her.

For not being there with her.

For not stopping the evil vampires.

Everyone except Soohyun hyung didn't know the crown family stories.

But Soohyun hyung was older, he probably heard it from someone.

Everyone else wasn't told anything about the kingdom.

Yoonmi had to tell them the story.

She couldn't remember me.

I could see her trying her best to clear up the fog on my face in her head.

But at least she remembered my existence.

She continued the story.

She didn't know why they stopped.

I had brought all the guardians and her father to the woods where I saw where she was.

That's why they stopped.

We brought an army to save the princess.

I was the one that called out her name and ran to her side.

I was the one who carried her to the castle and stayed by her side in her room until she woke up.

But she didn't remember.

She was getting frustrated, her 12th birthday was the day I told her goodbye.

It was the day I was sent away from her side for loving her.

My eyes were glistening. And I guess that was the day her memories were blocked.

Dongho hugged her because he was feeling sympathetic.

But then she thought something weird. I wiped my eyes, "What do you mean no one in this room is at fault for what happened?! You know who caused that attack on you?!" I yelled at her, she turned to look at me.

And I saw it in her eyes, she knew exactly who caused it. I couldn't help myself, I pushed Dongho away and sat in front of her. "You know who set that up. Who caused that to happen to you. You know who did it."

Surprised, by my actions she couldn't do anything but nod. But she was still trying to hide it from me, she didn't want me to know.

I leaned my forehead against hers, looking into her eyes, I pleaded, "Yoonmi, please tell me who did that to you. The others might not need to know, but I have to know. I have to know who did that to you so long ago. Who caused you that pain."

I could tell this was making her flustered. She gave herself a few seconds to calm down, feeling my breath on her face.

She closed her eyes, showing me how she found out who did it. I closed mine to watch.

Memory

We were just outside the castle gates. I stood next to her 14 year old self hiding behind the corner of the wall.

She was listening to a conversation. It was between a couple, I could hear their distinct voices.

She was saying, "Maybe we should plan another attack on the princess. Your father didn't take her deep enough into the woods that's why she was found."

The man chuckled, "My queen Taeyeon, that is not the reason why she was found and you know it. I will not risk my life to attack the crown princess like my father did. He knew about her guardian and you convinced him anyway."

Taeyeon laughed evilly, "But you see Hyung Min. That guardian was banished out of Amor Sanguinis 2 years ago. Even with his special abilities, I convinced half of the parliament that his love for Yoonmi was unacceptable." She cackled again, "So now there isn't someone that knows where she is at all times. "Now," she poked a finger into his chest, "Will you do as I ask?"

The man laughed, "Of course my queen."

Yoonmi ran away after that crying and I could hear her thoughts of that time, What guardian are they talking about? Was it that boy in my dreams? He loved me? Someone loved me? And she sat there crying on her bed.

As she pushed me out of her memory. I pulled away from Yoonmi.

Furious, I clenched and unclenched my fists and stood up.

She looked worryingly at me, as did the others.

I could barely talk, "Taeyeon did that to you?! She caused it! Now it all makes sense!"

I walked toward the bathroom door and punched a hole through it.
