"Okay, that's the end of the blood bond story with Kiseop okay? Evangeline unni will help explain the truth along with Hyung Jun oppa.." I gestured for them to continue.
They told their story to Hyunseung and Chocolate Abs. After they finished, it went back to me...
"Okay, so that day where I left.. I was chased after by trackers. Trackers are supposed to serve the royal family as a whole, not have favorites. However, DB5K sided specifically with Taeyeon and chased me down. I was already planning on running away. So all they did was rush the plan. They had orders to kill only me, not Sohee. Jaejoong said Taeyeon didn't see Sohee as a threat without me here. So I ran for my life, leaving here, to save myself, and help protect Sohee. Because without me here, Taeyeon wouldn't try anything." I explained mostly for Hyunseung and Sohee.
"I knew it was something dumb and self-sacrificial like that.. See oppa I told you.." Sohee playfully hit Hyunseung's chest, easing the tension as well as calming him down.
"Arasseo.. I thought you left because you didn't care at all.." he admitted.
"It's not that I didn't care. I just don't want the ruling life. It's not where I belong." I said. "Okay, now it's time for the Kim brothers to talk it out.." I pointed at them.
"Ehh?? Waeee??" Hyung Jun whined.
"Because if you two keep arguing then you'll both fail your duties. So either you tell each other your sides or Kiseop oppa can do it for you." I leaned on his shoulder, he looked at me smiling.
"Arasseo, Princess Yoonmi.." Hyung Jun reluctantly said.
"Okay, wait can we get one thing straight?? If it's just us, then can we agree NOT to add 'princess' to my name? I don't like it at all." I cringed. "It's just weird.."
"Arasseo.. Yoonmi." they faced each other, ready to talk it out.
"Why didn't you trust me, hyung? I wouldn't have told anyone.. In fact, I already knew you did.. From the moment we came here and you were assigned to noona. I knew." Kibum looked like he was on the verge of crying.
"Because if I told someone, then it would have gotten out faster. And Jagiya would have had to leave home sooner..." he admitted.
"Hyung.. I'm your brother!! Do you think I would have told anyone?!" Kibum started yelling.. "No I wouldn't have. Because you were happy.. You just didn't trust me.. We were brothers by blood but not in real life." Kibum whispered the last words.
"Kibummm... It's not like that.."
"Then what?? What is it like?? Huh, hyung?! Please explain it to me because clearly I don't get it!!" Kibum was mad again.
"Kibum.. Calm down.. He didn't tell you.. Because I ordered him not to tell anyone.. So he couldn't have told you, even if he wanted to." Evangeline jumped in.
"Bwoh?" Kibum seemed in shock.
"It's the truth Kibum.. You can take it or leave it. But it is what it is." she said ending the conversation.
"Arasseo, noona. I believe you." Kibum whispered.
"The same thing happened to me too, Yoonmi.." Kiseop started. "That day when you were 9. I wasn't there to play with you, because Taeyeon ordered me to file some papers for her, in the library..." He muttered off.
"Oppa.. Don't worry about it.. It's the past besides we'll get back at dear Aunty Taeyeon just wait. Time to be crowned." I stood up.
"Are you ready, unni?" Sohee asked me.
"As ready as I'll ever be." I smiled back at her.
