Guardians of the Night
{Kiseop}
We walked out of room, where everyone was waiting.
They didn't look embarrassed though, so I guess they didn't hear anything?
I cleared my throat, "Were you guys just standing here the whole time?" There were too many minds to try and attempt to read them all.
"No, we went to turn on the tv at high volume. Then came back when we heard the doorknob turning." Xander answered. "Yoonmi, are you okay? I heard a painful scream.." He turned to her worried.
"Xander oppa, Gwenchana. Just never experienced a vampire bite before. Didn't know we hurt humans like that." She laughed nervously.
The worry left Xander hyung's eyes, and they grew a bit dark.
"So what is the plan now? Lilith is bound to find out, especially if the trackers see you with the bite marks." He pointed at her neck.
"That's the easy question, isn't it, Xander oppa?" she said, "We have to go back. And help Sohee get the throne."
My jaw dropped at what she said, "But if we go back then nothing will stop Lilith from hurting you." I told her.
"I know, oppa. But that's part of the plan to expose her." She said, "Let's start packing everyone. All of you are coming too."
Everyone looked at each other warily, but since Yoonmi had a plan, we all obeyed her command.
Within two hours, all of us had our bags packed. And soon, we were waiting for Yoonmi so we could leave. She came out with her bag.
"Oppas, let's go. But first, I have to get an old friend.." her voice drifted off.
In her thoughts, it seemed that we were getting someone who would help us later but she wouldn't reveal to me who.
"Kibum oppa, will you come with us?? He'll listen to you.." She asked him. He seemed to know exactly who she was talking about.
"Ne, Yoonmi. Let's go." he stood up, getting ready to leave.
"Let's meet at the front gate of Amor Sanguinis at 6pm tonight. We should be done by then." she told everyone.
"Ne, Yoonmi. We will start preparing everyone." Xander and Soohyun said.
After that, Yoonmi, Kibum hyung, and I left.
"Where are we going, Yoonmi?" I asked her.
"To track down Evangeline's guardian." she said sternly.
