Soohyun got in between and grabbed both of them around their waists. "Now, now children. Don't you think Kiseop should have been the one to close her wound? If it was anyone else, do you think you would have been able to control yourself?"

They calmed down, "Ye, hyung. You're right." they said together.

I stopped worrying. But then I remembered something, "Who are you guys to me then? I know you guys are vampires too. But I mean why protect me?" Soohyun looked up from the two boys to look at me. "Because we are your guardians, we always have been." he said in a kind voice. "Each of us have a power that can be used to protect you. I can control the wind."

It was everyone's turn to explain theirs. "I control gravity and I can levitate objects, thus helping you fly away from predators," AJ smartly said.

"I can see the future and create illusions," Hoon chirped.

Dongho cheerfully said, "I control the earth, so I can bury vampires." He smiled. "I am also the nicest one here." He stuck his tongue out at all his brothers.

A cold voice spoke, "I control water. I can kill vampires from the inside out." I shivered as Eli spoke of his power.

Kevin turned to face me again, "Sweet Yoonmi, my power is fire." he warmed the temperature between the two of us. "I will do whatever it takes to protect you." his voice velvet to my ears. I giggled.

I turned to Kiseop, "As you already know I can read your mind. I will know where you are at all times. But I also have telekinesis to lift heavy objects." I nodded, but then it was Kiseop's turn to ask a question.

"Do you remember what happened to you before? Like the past and stuff?" he seemed hesitant to ask.

I thought about it. I didn't remember much of home. Two things stood out, the last moments of me leaving. And the day I got all the scars on my arms. But I remember recent years. He saw it all in mind, but for the others I had to answer aloud, "I don't remember much of the past. Only everything after my 12th birthday and two major incidents." Kiseop looked really disappointed. I wondered what he wanted me to remember.

I continued, "I remember leaving home. Escaping from DBSK." I let out a deep breath. "I also remember the day I got all of these." I pulled up my sleeves and showed them my forearms. There were at least hundred scars on each arm. All of them looked at my arms in shock. Everyone, but Kiseop, moved closer wanting to brush their fingers along the scars. The room got quiet as my arms had left them speechless.

Finally, Dongho said something, "Noona what happened to you?" Kiseop looked away from me. He already seemed to know what happened. But I didn't even think it yet. Maybe he was in my past, that's why he wanted to know if I remembered anything. I just ignored my brain so I could tell everyone the story, "This happened when I was 9..."

Yoonmi didn't remember me.

She didn't remember that I was always by her side until I was forced to leave her when she was 12.

I had fallen in love with her, and as her guardian, a nonroyal vampire, it wasn't allowed.

So they sent me away, to my brothers, where Hoon showed us that we were all meant to be her guardians.

I was just the first one to appear before her.

She was starting to tell everyone the day of the incident.

The day she got all those scars.

I didn't have to listen, because I already knew what happened.

I clenched my fist, I knew what happened and I couldn't have prevented it as her guardian.

I looked away when she started.
