She said to her reflection through the mirror before taking her backpack and walked out off the room.

“ Luna unni .. You're .. going to school ? “ Sulli asked hesitantly while Luna just nodded to her.

“ Are you .. sure ? I mean .. “

“ Vic unni, it's ok .. I think I can handle it. “

 

Luna's heart beating like crazy when she saw the boys already waiting for her and the girls outside the house.

She tried her best to calmed herself down before headed towards them with her head hung low so that she won't see him.

“ Where's Jonghyun ? “

She heard Victoria asked and that made her to look around her and shockingly she didn't saw him there.

“ I don't know. He's not at home last night. “ Onew answered after take a quick glance at Luna, still worried about her.

“ Don't worry .. let's just meet him at school. “ Minho told them more like assured Luna so that she won't get worry.

* Where could he be ? *

 

Luna felt really uncomfortable once she reached the school because everyone's eyes are on her

and she know exactly the reason behind it.

“ She's the one. “

“ Poor her. It's a one sided love. “

“ Didn't she feel ashame ? How dare she confessed to my Jonghyun ? “

All she can do is to just listened to those hurtful words that being uttered by the student that walked passed by her.

“ It's good that he rejected her. She's not that pretty anyway. “

” Aishh .. This girls . . YAHH !!! “

Amber started to lost her patience and ran after those girls who's talked bad about Luna.

“ Amber unni ! “

The girls screamed when they saw Amber already bickering with the girls and even pulled her hair.

“ Unni .. stop it. “ Sulli said tried to pulled her away while the boys are speechless and just watched from far.

“ Minho oppa .. little help here. “ Krystal shouted at him and that make his come back to his senses.

“ How dare you said bad things about Luna. Do you think you are so pretty ? Hello .. Jjong oppa won't even look at you. “

Amber was so furious and she was about to give another shot when, “ Stop it !! “

Everyone's eyes are on Luna once again.

“ Unni, just leave them. “

Amber made her way off them after gave them a death glare.

“ Let's go to the class. “

Key who just recover from the shocked dragged Luna and Minho along with him

followed by Sulli and Krystal from behind them with Amber already few meters ahead.

 

Taemin and Sulli can't stop glancing at Luna because it's obvious Luna can't keep her concentration through out their lesson.

“ What should we do Minnie ? “ Sulli whispered to him but he only shook his head.

After about 4 subjects finally they able to had their lunch. They headed towards the cafeteria where their friends

are waiting for them and surprisingly once again Jonghyun are not there with them.

“ Why Jonghyun oppa didn't join us ? “ Sulli asked Key.

“ I don't know. He walked out first before us. “

* Is he avoiding me ? Did he really hate me ? Did he mad at me ? *

“ Luna ? “ Minho nudge her when he saw she's playing with her food.

“ Huh ? Err .. I don't feel like eating right now. I'll just skip. “

She get herself up, “ I'm going to the class first. “ and leaved them.

“ She looks awful. “

“ Look at her eyes bags. “

“ Where is Jjong oppa when we need him ? “

“ He also need his time Amber .. He's no difference with Luna too. “

“ What would happen to them next ? They were so close with each other but now .. aishh .. I can't even say that. “

Seems like all of them also started to lost their appetite because too worried thinking of Luna and Jonghyun,

well except for Taemin who still enjoying his banana milk.

 

No matter how ache her heart right now she still can't stop from worrying about Jonghyun.

She's now wandering around the school just to find him and her heart will be in peace if she saw him even for just a glimpse.

Along the way she can't help but to become even hurt when the student non-stop gossiping about her and Jonghyun.

Some were mad because they said she's the one who made Jonghyun in a bad mood which she think it's true

while some of them just have this sympathy for her. She shrugged it off and continue to searched for him.

She went to the library, music studio and even roof top but he's nowhere to found and lastly she went to the school gate

because one of her sunbae told her that Jonghyun were going out and will be back in awhile.

Her eyes never leave the school gate and waiting for Jonghyun.

It's almost 15 minutes now and soon after that the school bell rang.

“ Where is he ? “

She's looking at her watch at the same time at the road and finally she decided to walked off the place.

After a couple of steps, she heard the sound of car heading towards the school and she was right

when she saw a familiar car that she's been waiting. Jonghyun's car passed by her and she waited until he park his car.

On the other side, Jonghyun felt really uncomfortable when he saw Luna.

He felt guilty, regretted and ashamed with what had he done to her.

He watched from his front mirror and saw Luna already made her way towards the school building.

He doesn't know what come to his minds which cause him to run after her.

When he reached near behind her, he slowed his pace so that she won't noticed him.

After a few minutes of walking and watching her from behind,

“ Your class is on the other side. “ He stops abruptly when she spoken.

She then turned to faced him but taking her eyes away from him after awhile, still feel the awkwardness.

“ Where .. Eung .. I mean .. Why are you still here ? “ She asked with a low tone.

“ How did you know that my class is over there ? “

“ It's Monday and it's already 1 pm, you always had your Chemistry by this time.

So your class supposed to be at the laboratory. “

Jonghyun smiled with the fact that Luna always remembered his schedule, even he always forgot about that

and Luna always there to remind him about it.

His smiled faded when he realized the situation in between them.

It's was only after one day, and he already missed Luna's bubbly personality.

Luna seems to realized that Jonghyun were in his own thought so she quickly excuse herself

but stopped when she felt a hand holding onto her arm.

 

 

School Garden

 

Both of them just sat under the tree with a dead silence surrounded them, only to be heard the sounds of the birds.

“ Where .. “

“ Are you .. “

Both of them spoke at the same time which made them to chuckled.

“ You first. “

“ No .. ladies first. “

Luna take a deep breath before start, “ Where were you last night ? “

She take a quick glance before turned her gazed towards the small river in front of them.

Once again Jonghyun felt glad because Luna still cared for him although she's been humiliated by him.

“ I'm at my house . “

“ But Onew oppa said that you're not home last night. “

“ I mean .. my own house .. where I lived with my parents. “

“ Owh .. that .. house .. “

Luna felt embarrassed with that while Jonghyun just let out a little chuckle.

“ So .. “

“ Are .. you .. errm .. alright ? “

Luna just stayed silent.

“ I heard they talked bad about you. “

He added which make Luna to flustered and looked at him with a ' How do you know ' look.

“ I heard from Key. “

“ I'm fine. It's nothing anyway. “

“ I'm sorry. “ He uttered.

Luna really felt uncomfortable with their conversation but she know she can't avoid it anymore.

“ What I've said to you back then .. “

“ I understand. “

“ Sunyoung .. “

“ I'm not supposed to pushed you towards the limit but I was so stubborn and didn't think about how you feel. “

“ It's kinda true .. but .. I was wrong. I shouldn't has embarrassed you in front of those people like that.

I can just talk to you privately .. I don't know what's got into me that day .. I felt really angry when I saw you acting like .. her. “

Luna looked at him with a unexplainable expression which made Jonghyun to feel even more worried.

“ Oppa .. Through out this week .. I had change myself to become just like her. “

She choose to tell him the truth.

“ I don't get it .. Why ? “

“ Maybe .. by changes can make you realize my presents .. not in your eyes but in your heart.

I've been denying the whole time that Sekyung unni is not just an ordinary person, and always though myself

to be confident with what I have but I cannot fooled my heart, who know better that I'm totally wrong about that. “

Jonghyun just listened to her.

“ So day by day I've been thinking .. If I can't make you love me with who I am then I have no choice but to turned myself

just like her .. which I thought that would change your mind and heart. That's what you got back then,

but you only saw part of it. “

Jonghyun leaved a big sighed.

“ That's the most stupid thing that you ever done. “ He uttered those with frustration.

“ Yeah .. I'm so stupid that I only realized it recently. You finally able to made me realize how stupid and stubborn I am.

I never know that those stupid thing that I've done could bought us in this situation. “

“ Sunyoung .. I didn't mean it that way. “

Luna tried her best to hold her tears from fall.

“ I really don't know where are this conversation bring us to .. all I know is I wanna asked for your forgiveness,

I want to forget everything that happen between us and went back to our old self.

To Dino and Ponyo who always be with each other .. I want my best friend back with me. “

Luna was stunned at a moment before smiled at him. “ I've forgive you already .. “

“ Really ? Oh thank God ! Thanks Sunyoung. “

“ But .. oppa .. Even I've forgive you .. I'm not sure whether we can be like before .. “

“ Huh ? What .. What are you saying ? “

“ We're still friends .. just not like what we used to .. at least until I fully fine with it. I mean ..

I'm sure I will feel slightly uncomfortable whenever we're together .. since that incident happen too sudden. “

Luna looked worried.

“ No .. I understand. I know we cannot pretend like nothing happen between us .. so yeah ..

I'm cool with that .. as long as you're still my friend. “

Jonghyun tried to be understandable as he can even though he feel slightly hurt with that.

“ Thanks. “

The truth is, Luna was embarrassed with her attitude and stubbornness towards Jonghyun all this time.

* I should just let him go, and not pressured him with my feelings, I should be ashamed with myself. *

 

Both of them back to the silence and just enjoyed the view in front of them.

“ I wonder why are you always made me skipped the class with you. “ Luna said in chuckle tried to break the awkwardness.

“ It's really fun to do this. “

“ Do you think they will find us here ? “

Luna was talking about the teachers who might wandering around to look for them.

“ Nah .. They were too busy teaching. They won't noticed. “

“ Yeah right .. They won't noticed when the school's playboy and their favorite student were missing. “

Luna rolled her eyes while Jonghyun just laughed at her words.

“ Who's the favorite student ? You ? No way. “

He glad that he can talk comfortably to her again.

“ Who else ? You ? .. Maybe yeah ..You're teacher's favorite student for making chaos .. keke “

“ Yah ! I'm not. “ Jonghyun poked her cheek which make Luna to pouted.

“ Jeez .. I'm off now. School almost finished. “ She get herself up and walked away.

“ Hey ! Wait for me. “

Luna just chuckle at Jonghyun but her track stops when she saw someone that so familiar to her walking towards them.

“ Hehe .. I know you would wait for me . “

Jonghyun smiled sheepishly at her but then felt weird when he saw Luna's frozen there.

“ What's wrong ? “

“ We're in trouble. “

She said nervously while pointing at her front and that made Jonghyun to turned around to looked at it.

“ DAMN !! “
