Because I Love You (Chapter 6)

Baekhyun was warmly welcomed by his new group of friends. Taeyeon, too, felt less awkward around him for her friends were there.

Lunch was enjoyable and the lessons continued. The second half of the day was left with vocal training lead by Chen, a young man who made his way to become one of Korea’s best voalist for his passion in singing.

Here again they had to find their pairs. Taeyeon usually partners with Wendy but she left to Canada with her parents at the end of last semester. Tiffany on the other hand always pairs up with her boyfriend Nickhun. So Taeyeon was left with no choice but to pair up with Baekhyun once again.

Taeyeon was still nervous when approaching Baekhyun. But it wasn't as bad as the first time. They did not need body contact for this as it is a vocal duet. Since both of them had excellent sharp voices, Chen called them out to demonstrate the duet piece to the class.

This duet piece was written by their academy composer Lay who has a master degree in music. He has a great sense of music and is an expert in almost all the instruments he learnt. But his best is of course the piano.

Lay gave them a starting signal and there goes the opening melody. The song written by Lay this time was a sad love song. Even so, Taeyeon, being a professional president, ended the song gracefully with her high pitched voice accompanied by Baekhyun's ending mid note.

Everyone applauded  when the song ended as their performance was astonishing. Tiffany was looking at Taeyeon with her eye smile while Taeyeon looked back at her and stuck her tongue out.
