I was going to update tomorrow, but I’ll just write tomorrow so I can update sooner XD

Also the reason that I wrote this chapter like this is because I think that Taeyeon has a golden heart and I wanted to portray that in my history.

Taeyeon

“Miss Taeyeon wake up, breakfast is ready” I heard the Ajumma that cleans, she likes to cook for me went she is here, she says that eating too much take out is bad, so she would usually leave me enough food so I can eat until she comes again. I don’t mind either is not that I can’t cook, I just don’t like turning her down. She is a single mother, she has a son that she has work hard to send to study to the state, but after her son left he decided to stay there and only sends her money a couple times during the year. She told me this the first time she cook for me, she also said that she misses to cook for someone other than herself, I couldn’t say no and she just keeps doing it every time.

I got up and did my morning routine, after a couples of minutes I got out of the room and the Ajumma was cleaning the living.

“Morning Ajumma, sorry about the mess” I said

“Is ok Miss Taeyeon, that’s why I am here for” she said, I smile and went into the kitchen

She had prepared kimchi fried rice and some other side dishes

“Ajumma, I can’t eat all this by myself come and join me” I yell from the kitchen

“Is ok Miss Taeyeon, please eat” she said

“No, I am not eating until you join me, beside I eat alone all the time and having some company is not bad so come and join me” I said again

I smile in victory went I saw her walk into the kitchen

“See that wasn’t so hard was it” I said

“Now have a seat” I smile went she shyly took a seat in front of me, she look hesitant to eat

“Ajumma I don’t bite please eat” I said

She started to eat a little more relax after I said that, I naturally started a conversation with her   

“How was your week Ajumma” I ask

“It was Ok, I manage to get another house to clean” She said

I sigh she work so hard, and it was still hard for her to make a living.

“I see, what about your son, have you talk to him” I ask

She look down at the plate, and smile sadly

“I call him yesterday, but we only talk for a few minutes. He was calling just to see how I was and to tell me that he had send the money for some medicines that I needed” she said

I frown went I heard the word medicine, I mean she didn’t look sick to me

“Medicine?” I ask

“Yes, my mother is very ill and she needs pain killer pills, she also had to move in with me I am her only child here in Korea, my brother and sister I haven’t heard from them in a long time” she said. Now I know why she was working hard all this time.

“Your mom, have you taken her to the hospital?” I ask

“No, the bills would be too much to pay, I only make enough to pay the rent, to put food in the table, and to buy my mother medicine, but this month I had to pay a little more in the gas so I didn’t have enough for my mother medicine, I had to bother my son.” I know that the world can be cruel place sometimes but there was nothing crueler than kids abandoning their parents, especially those single mothers that have done everything to make sure their kids have a successful future. 

“Ajumma I am so sorry, to hear all this” I said

“No, Miss Kim please forgive me, I just don’t have no one to talk too that I just got carried away, I am just a cleaning lady I cross the line by telling you about my personal problems, please forgive me” she said and stoop up and made a bow

“Ajumma do not bow to me, everyone has troubles and I am glad you felt comfortable enough to tell me yours.” I said we continued to eat in silent after we finish breakfast I went to my room to get ready, I look at the calendar and notice that it was the Ajumma birthday, so I was going to give her a surprise.

After I got ready I got out of the room and went to see where the birthday lady was

“Ajumma where are you? I yell

“Over here Miss” she came out of my office

“There you are, Ajumma is your birthday today right?”

“Yes it is Miss” she said

“Good, let’s go Ajumma, you and I are going to do some errands” I said

“But I am not done yet Miss Taeyeon” she said

“Don’t worry you can finish that next time you come, how about tomorrow” I said

“I am sorry but I have some other apartments to clean tomorrow I don’t think I’ll be able to come” She said

“Mmm that’s true, we will figure something out, for now let’s go” I had nothing to do anyways so I was going to spend the day with her and then I will go and have dinner with Tiffany and the girls it seen like a good way to spend my day instead of doing nothing all day.

The Ajumma look hesitant, I grab her by the wrist and out of the apartment we went

Our first stop was going to be the mall, went we got there we went directly to her section I started to grab some clothes and told her to tried it on. Her eyes widened I just laugh

“I can’t miss this is too expensive for me” she said

“Yes you can, because is not expensive for me, no go and tried it on” I said again

After much persuasion I finally manage to make her agree and let me buy her the clothes

“Thank you, thank you” she bow again

“Ajumma I told you not to bow to me aish” I said but still she bow again

After that we went into another store and bought some other things like body lotions and things for the body, I just told her it was for me.
