The idea of hanging with them, especially knowing that Jaebum plans to put your head on a pike, doesn't sit very well with you. Besides, it's probably going to make things complicated, and that's the last thing you want to do on this camp, even if you think it totally . Which it does.

"You know what, I only came because my parents told me to explore the area, and I'm sure they've got a lot of things planned up their sleeves," you shrug, trying to let him down gently. 

"Oh? Well, how long are you staying?" he asks, looking a little disappointed.

"A week." 

"A week?! That's plenty of time!" 

You stare in resignation, and he picks it up.

"But, I guess I can't force you to come if you don't want to," Jackson says, and you feel a little guilty. "Yeah, that's fine! I guess I'll see you around, huh?"

You nod. "Yeah, I'll see you."
