“I’m still a little sore.” You momentarily turned away from your book to glare at her.

“I said I was sorry. Guess I just got a little too excited since I haven’t been with you for weeks.” She pouted.

Krystal crawled back to the futon with the dopey smile she always has on when she’s in a really good mood. “You love this teenaged boy.”

You moved a bit to give her a little kiss. “Yeah, I do. Sadly.”

“So…” She trailed on with that familiar twinkle in her eyes, the one you saw just half an hour ago.

“We can do it later…” Her shoulders visibly slumped. “But I will take you up on that hot spring offer.”

She jumped out of the sheets and shouted in victory.

“Let’s get changed.” You say, putting away your book.
