The drive to their village was close to silent. Jaebum drove with Jackson in the passengers seat and Iseul between Jinyoung and Mark in the back. The girl, too uncomfortable to face either boy so she could look out a window, opted for staring straight ahead and catching view from the dashboard.

“Your house, Jin?” Jaebum asked a few minutes into the ride. Jinyoung let out an “uh huh” at this.

With everything pilling in Iseul’s mind, she remembered she has no idea what day it is. Now with the sun having just set an it now being night, she probably has school in the morning. Not to mention finals the first week of June. Even with her good grades, she was a horrible test taker. If she could manage to pass her classes, then anything could be possible. The fact that she didn’t know the time or date of have a phone was giving her anxiety. She started to think about asking someone in the car when the vehicle came to a stop. Iseul wished she knew how long it took to get here but it didn’t feel long at all. The boys started getting so she followed suit.

“I texted the others, they should be here soon,” Mark said as he walked behind Jaebum and Jackson up the steps to the house. If Jinyoung wasn’t right beside her, Iseul would have stopped and marveled at the home. It looked to have just two stories but was tall enough to hold three.

It had a flat roof appeared to be a perfect cube. That was until you caught sight of the left corner, which was indented to hold a small one story attached roof with a balcony atop it. The home was cream colored with windows taller than any of the boys, but seemed darker due to the mass of vines covering any given surface of the exterior. The fact that it was night didn’t deter from the simple beauty, given the property was lit up with solar moon lights along the walkway. In addition to that, some of the rooms were lit up, making the interior visible from the outside. Even though there weren’t away neighbors for a quarter of a mile, Iseul was a bit worried when Jaebum walked right inside without ever having pulled out a key to unlock the door.

Once inside, the house was even prettier. The theme seemed to be modern and clean as most everything she had seen so far was of a white or gray shade. But the plants hanging in small baskets from the ceiling in front of each window gave the room more of a comfortable feel. The boys went and spread out on the two couches while Iseul sat in the lone reclining chair to their right. The seat was so plush and relaxing, Iseul was fighting to not fall asleep.

Jackson found the remote and the massive tv across from him. On his left, Mark sat on his phone, typing away as usual. Jaebum on the couch in the left corner seemed to be spaced out in his own thoughts. Jinyoung stood up from his spot beside him and walked over to the girl. Once he got her attention, he just motioned towards the hall with a jerk of his head, hoping she would follow him. Iseul didn’t miss a beat and made way for where he was going. Once she caught up to him, they were heading towards a staircase leading down and he grabbed her hand. She didn’t mind this but was nervous as to what he was going to show her.  The stairs were big and steep, leading into a dark space. With no banister she could see, the girl was more than happy to use Jinyoung as a support. As she squeezed his hand tighter to keep her balance down the pitch-black never ending steps, he grew more ecstatic that she was his mate. He was happy that the lack of light kept her from seeing the obnoxious grin couldn’t keep off his face.

Once they reached what Iseul assumed was the bottom, Jinyoung led her forward a few steps and flipped a switch. As the room became visible, the girl was unsure of what was going to happen next. The area was big, but seemed to be a storage room. There were tables and chairs among other pieces of random furniture of every color, big boxes and bags filled to the top and tied off. All of this stuff were clumped together in mindless piles around the room, leaving thin empty t

Chapter 19: I like the plot/idea of this story. But like you said, it was rushed and I can't really enjoy reading it in some part (I'm sorry >.<). You could make this story much better, but I can understand your reason. It's alright though. Thank you for sharing this. ^^

Some other readers already said what I meant to say initially so we skipping that.
I actually find this really cute and I love your writing by the way. I voted for the way you narrate the story though there are some grammar mistakes but that doesn't really bother me much. This can be an amazing long story if you elaborate but not gonna force cause I know how losing inspiration feels like so you did a good job on finishing it cause I won't read any unfinished stories. ^^
