“It’s a No”

It rings inside Yuri’s head “No”. . . . . .  it was painful but she held it in, she was just asking a question and she gave an answer, but never did Yuri thought that hearing a simple answer of a question was this painful.

Still she is sharing a bed with Jessica, but the difference is that the latter is not sleeping on her chest, she’s not wrapping her arms around her princess, same bed but feels like a thousand miles apart.

                Both was drowned in their own thoughts, facing opposite sides because it kept them from hurting their selves more, seeing each other adds a burden on to what they feel at the moment that feels like a dagger was struck onto their hearts making them hard to breath. Right now YulSic’s thought was their company thru out the night. . . . . . . . .

“thank you for staying with us and hope you all can float with us again” the crew of the yacht bid goodbye to the lovely ladies as they dock.

“Yul! That was awesome! The food the movies the ocean! Ohh God! We can do that again right?” Sooyoung was wiggling Yuri’s arm like a child who just experienced and loved the roller coaster for the first time, her eyes where dreamy and sparkling that made Yuri satisfied with their trip. . . . . . although the main plan had failed. . . .

“yeah unnie! You should treat us again maybe a week inside a plain? Or an hour inside a jet!”  Yoona joined their conversation with the same hype that Sooyoung had, that made the three of them laugh really loud

And so the six other girls gave them a question look. The trio looked happy on the other members eyes but Jessica and Tiffany knew Yuri better, they already memorized Yuri’s awkward smile, small smile, slight laugh, the loud laugh and of course her fake laugh, and they have distinguished it thru Yuri’s eyes they both can see the loneliness and hurt . . . .

Jessica knew it, while Tiffany was worried

 After the never ending ride, girls generation arrived at the SM building where they have to talk about catching up with their canceled appointments because of their vacation

As soon as the van stopped the girls went out straight to the CEO’s office to discuss some stuff, that was just their schedule for today, because it’s almost ten in the evening when they arrived at the building because of some problem with their ride home, to the point that they need to rent another car to drive them back.

“Well how was the Yacht and the ocean breeze?” CEO Kim asked as the girls enter the glass door one by one, of course they answered their boss with big smiles plastered on their faces, a worth it vacation was given to them, who wouldn’t be thankful?

“okay, okay, I get all of you and I envy you more for telling me your stories” he shook his head because of the what he said and let out a chuckle then cleared his throat to let everyone know that he is turning back CEO Kim  “so, Yoona you already know your photoshoot schedules for tomorrow right? And of course your CF”

“Yes CEO, I already saved it at my phone” Yoona responded in a formal manner

“Good” He smiled and turned his attention to Hyoyeon and Seohyun “well you two will be a visiting instructors for the trainees tomorrow, Hyo for the choreography and Seohyun for the vocal, and Maknae you have a musical practice in the afternoon, Hyo you have to attend the addidas event in the evening”

Hyo just nod her head while Seohyun wrote everything on her notepad and Taeyeon elbowed her that made Seohyun stop from her writing to look at the person

“yes unnie?” she asked sweetly

“Why are you writing it down? you could just save it on your phone? and who else would bring a note pad and a pen these days?” Taeyeon asked in disbelief, their maknae is sure is one of a kind

“well unnie almost all professional people brings notepads and pens, and besides I enjoy writing more” Seohyun beams a smile before turning back to her notepad and continue scribbling some notes

Taeyeon just looked at her  and shook her head “aish! You’re raelly unbelievable Seo”

 “okay, Sooyoung the photoshoot and CF with Shinee that schedule would take your whole day so that would just be your schedule for to tomorrow”

Sooyoung fist bump in the air with a wide grin shouting “yes! I only have one work to do”

The eight other girls and their CEO looked at her confusedly

“You know how tiring to have a photoshoot and CF at the same time right?” Youngmin asked Sooyoung who eventually sat back sadly as she realized her work for tomorrow.

“it’s Okay Soo, I’m sure it will be fun!” CEO Kim tries to brighten up Sooyoungs mood again before turning to the next “okay, Taeyeon you have a recording for a drama tomorrow, further details will be discussed at the recording studio and after that you and Tiffany will have a photoshoot and oh! Before I forget, Tiffany you have a fan meet at the morning right?” Tiffany simply nodded in response “okay that will be before your pictorial with Taeyeon”

“okay” they both simply said in unison

“so Jessica, I guess you will be busy tomorrow, a photoshoot with Krystal, a fan meet, a recording and lastly  a meeting wi. . . . “

“I know” Jessica coldly cut off their CEO Youngmin who clearly understands Jessica so he just shrugged it off

“okay, I guess you already red the email” Youngmin said referring to the individually sent e mails regarding to their schedules and the other members didn’t read them because they just want to enjoy their vacation without thinking about work

He then turned his attention to Yuri when he didn’t get a respond from Jessica “okay Yuri, well I don’t know why but all your schedules are cancelled again, you’re supposed to have the busiest schedule” he asked worriedly like he wants an explanation

Yuri saw the look at his boss’s face, so she took a deep breath and calm herself for a bit “I personally cancelled my schedules I’m going back to California tomorrow” she said bluntly not minding the questioning looks that her members gave her and Jessica’s was the most intense

“tomorrow? What time?” Tiffany didn’t know why the words that supposed to be inside her head slipped from

Yuri looked at her closest friend and smiled sweetly, she knows that tone of voice, that right now Tiffany Hwang is worried “I was not planning to tell anyone but since you asked, my flight will be at 2 in the morning”

“dude? Why so early?” Hyo was also curios about it

Yuri opened to talk but before she can say a word Tiffany cut her “Because you thought you could sneak out while we’re sleeping” Yuri looked at her and like a cue Tiffany did the same, now their eyes met and the temperature of the room suddenly became cold the members and the CEO were just looking at them like they were watching a movie

Jessica on the other hand wants to break the stare that the both of them are sharing it doesn’t feel right for her, Yuri and Tiffany’s gaze are different it’s like they are communicating and Jessica cant understand a word, it’s different and she feels jealous.

Yuri’s gaze soften as it meets with Tiffany, she’s not sure why but Tiffany’s eyes are sad yet comforting the type that she needs right now, a person that can understand what she feels without saying a words. . . . . . .  Maybe she needs Tiffany right now

“No it’s not like that Tiff, I just don’t want to burden everyone, you know, them asking where will I be going and asking whe. . . . . . . “ before she can finish, again, she was stopped by Tiffany

“I heard you last night Yuri, and trust me, it hurts to think that I can’t do anything about it” Just by hearing those words Yuri’s heart broke much more when she saw the tears forming in Tiffany’s eyes. She knows what Tiffany feels for her and she is truly grateful to receive that kind of love from an almost perfect person, she’s loving, understanding, plus she has a beauty of a goddess maybe she’s too perfect that’s why Yuri’s afraid that Tiffany will continue to grow feelings for her and she will just continue hurting her.

“Tiff. . . . . “ Yuri reached her hand out, slowly, reaching for Tiffany’s face, her thumb, ready to wipe those tears but before Yuri can touch Tiffany’s face. . .

“Yuri” it was a weak call, like a quite sub, but everyone heard it, Yuri heard it that made her drop her hand half way, since the proposal night, that was the first time Jessica called her name, they didn’t talk since last night

Tiffany wiped her own tears using the back on her hand as she sniff the air to relax herself and stood up “excuse me” she bowed to her boss and members but before she can take a step to the door, she felt a grip in her arm “Tiff. . .” again, that soft yet pleading voice.

“Yuri. . . . . .” like a flash back she again herd Jessica calling Yuri while holding Yuri’s hand her head was bowed down, Tiffany and Yuri was sure that Jessica was in the urge of tears

Yuri was about to brush off Jessica’s hand but she stop her actions when she saw Taeyeon stud up “Sica. . . “ Taeyeon took Jessica’s hand that was holding Yuri’s

Yuri frowned at Taeyeon’s bold action, both of them staring intensely at each other like they were each other’s greatest rival.

Taeyeon is sure that she won’t let go

Tiffany was hoping that Yuri won’t let go, even if she knows it’s wrong

From that moment on, their hearts stopped, each of them was preventing someone to go, there was no words spoken but everyone understood everyone, like what they say “Action Speaks Louder Than Words”

Inside their eyes where fire burning with anger, frustration, confusion, regret and most of all Love
