“OH! My God!”  Sooyoung shouted as they all where watching a movie in the living room

 

“What is it unnie?!” Yoona asked as she can see the trembling hands of Sooyoung while reading a text from her phone

 

“Yuri was involved in a car accident” Yes only Tiffany and Jessica knew about it, Tiffany was in a hurry that’s why she wasn’t able to tell her members, good thing that at that time there was a flight to America, she immediately booked online, on the other hand Jessica locked herself in her room the whole day, afternoon, night that’s why her members decided to entertain her by watching a movie marathon.

 

“Soo, that’s not funny pick another joke” Hyoyeon’s  knees became jelly she cant explain what she felt.

 

“no, hyo I’m not joking” Sooyoung was catching her breath like she was running a marathon as she cant believe what she red and it was a text from Tiffany

 

The room went quite but then Taeyeon saw Jessica without a changed expression knowing that Yuri was the one who was involved in an incident.

 

“you knew about this?” Taeyeon spoke that earn the attention of everyone

 

Jessica only nodded her head in response as she was holding back her tears she doesn’t want to cry anymore she just want to do something, something to at least make it up to Yuri.

 

“I-I need to go to America” Jessica talked out of the blue, everyone understands her decision, she is Yuri’s girlfriend anyway . . . . . but somewhat Taeyeon doesn’t

 

“why? Tiffany’s already there” Taeyeon knew by the time Jessica will fly to Yuri her chance will vanish, call her selfish and heartless but she was just loving someone and love truly makes you blind.

 

Jessica stood up she was done with Taeyeon’s  childish act but the latter grab her from her wrist

 

“sica please just stay” Taeyeon pleaded of course the other five members was socked and confused on what they have witness, why Taeyeon was holding Jessica back

 

Jessica swayed Taeyeons hand but the grip was too firm

 

“let go of me, I’m going to my girlfriend! You don’t have any rights to stop me”

 

“I’m your leader Sica!”

 

“your JUST my leader and it’s JESSICA, don’t call me sica”

 

Hyoyeon cant help but to middle and put some sense in her leader “Taey, Jessica’s right, what if that was the person you love your girl/boyfriend perhaps, aren’t you going to do anything just to be with her?”

 

Taeyeon went silent for a bit as her grip loosen, yes, she thought of Jessica being in Yuri’s condition she would surely run to the other side of the world just to be with her.

 

Jessica was about to walk away when Sooyoung’s phone rung

 

“uhg! Tippany! Please what’s happening?” Sooyoung talked immediately now the attention was in hers then she saw her sisters leaning so she turned it into a speaker phone.

 

“Y-yuri’s s-still un-conscious, she’s . . . . she’s still s-sleeping”  Tiffany’s voice was trembling they know she was crying

 

“what did the doctor said?” everyone just let Sooyoung talk

 

“he said (sniffs) her vital sign are working pretty well, but her right arm was broken and her head and chest had some damages and the further test will be followed by the time that she will be conscious  again” She tried to speak as clear as possible but her mind was not cooperating

 

“god. . . . . please take care of her well ppany”

 

“I will, I always will” Tiffany’s word was short but it was meaningful the tone was full of love, that words hit Jessica hard Tiffany will always be there for Yuri.

 

“okay fany, if you need anything just call us. . . . . . . . . uh! Don’t forget to update us time to time and we will all pray for Yuri, tell her we really miss her when she wakes up”

 

“of course Soo, I’m sure she misses you all even if it was just a week, bye Soo”

 

“bye Fany, don’t push yourself to hard, have a rest from time to time, bye”

 

“I will, bye” then Tiffany ended the call

 

“She acts like Yuri’s girlfriend, Tiffany must really love her” Hyo accidentally voiced out her thoughts that gained concerned gazes, why not?  Jessica also heard it

 

“did I say it out loud?” Hyo became nervous as everyone nodded everyone except for Jessica who seems like she was about to shed some tears

 

Jessica walked slowly to her room when half way hyoyeon called her “Jessica, I’m sorry, I don’t mean that yo . . . . . . “

 

Jessica turned around to face Hyoyeon and gave her a smile  “Hyo it’s fine you don’t need to say sorry, It’s fine” Yes, it’s fine, that was what she wants herself to think that its fine, everything is fine. She then again gave a smile before turning back and walk to her room

 

As soon as she reached her room she quickly grabbed her traveling back pack and stuffed some clothes and some other necessary things , she then placed it on her bed and went to her bathroom to take a shower and get dressed because she’s going to California, she’s going to her Seobang.

 

Sooyoung, Sunny, Yoona and Seohyun was left to finish the movie when they saw Jessica dressed up and had a-not-so-usual-big-backpack.

 

“Going to Yuri?” Sunny spoke before Jessica can reach the door, she almost forgot to say goodbye to her members

 

Jessica can only nod and smile

 

“well take care, California is a long way” said Sunny

 

“and please say Hi to Yuri for me” Sooyoung spoke

 

“I will, bye guys, please be good and explain to our fans well why me and Tiffany cant come”

 

“sure Jung Sooyeon”

 

Jessica left them with a small smile. . . . .

Jessica arrived and sprinted to the hospital immediately, she was tiered but then she doesn’t mind, she shouldn’t be selfish, This is Yuri and she won’t let anything or anyone break them apart, yes she loves Yuri and she will do anything to make it up to her, screw Taeyeon or anyone she cant loss Yuri she will and forever will love her and especially now that SHE THINKS that Tiffany has a reason to fight for Yuri she will never back out

 

“I’m coming seobang please wait a bit” Jessica is now riding the SM’s private service

 

Few moments later they reached the hospital but there was a problem. . . . There were so many reporters and fans

 

“miss Jung you cant enter thru that gate there’s too many people”

 

“is there any other way?”

 

“yes maybe we can pass thru the back door but we need permission”

  

 

   “okay no problem” Jessica then get her phone from her pocket and dialed a number

On the other hand. . . . . . .

 

Yuri can feel her head was hurting so as her chest and her right arm that she can’t barely move, her eyes are still closed and she finds it difficult to open, then a figure was pictured in her mind

 

“Sic-ca? where’s Sica?” Yuri mumbled as she tries to open her eyes, with that sound Tiffany woke up from her sleep, she was just resting her head on Yuri’s hospital bed while seated at the provided seat

 

“Hey, hey are you feeling fine?” Tiffany caressed Yuri’s hair to calm her down a bit irony was she can’t even calm herself down because by the time Yuri woke up Jessica was the first  person that came into her mind, even if she was the one who is at her side, but for Yuri,  Jessica has always been the one.

 

“T-Tiff?” Yuri managed to recognize the voice as she slowly opened her eyes but the light was too bright so the image was not yet clear.

 

“hhm, it’s me, are you feeling fine now?” Yuri can see the worried eyes of her group mate and she felt awful for making her feel that way

 

 “I’m okay, I’m very much fine, please cut that worried look off” Yuri pleaded and with a puppy eyes that made Tiffany giggle and made her eyes into a crescent form  “that’s what I wanted to see, you know what? that eye smile really suites you” Tiffany was blushing madly and now it was Yuri’s turn to laugh and Tiffany can only pout but also accidentally slapped Yuri’s injured/broken arm

 

“ouch!” Yuri shut her eyes close as her arm sting “ouch! That really hurt fanny!”  Yuri continue to complain and Tiffany was just soothing her arm as she feels guilty

 

“sorry, sorry, sorry I’m so sorry” Then Tiffany went back to her senses, she needs to call the doctor and tell him that Yuri was already conscious “sorry Yul, but wait here for a bit I need to call the doctor”

 

“no, It’s fine it doesn’t hurt anymore” Yuri held Tiffany’s wrist preventing her from standing up and of course she used her left hand.

 

“Yul, I’m going to tell him that you are already up, so please let go, I promise I’ll be quick” Yuri let go of Tiffany’s wrist

 

“ ’PINK’y promise?” Tiffany giggled at Yuri’s childish act especially when she emphasized the word PINK, Yuri (or everyone) knows that Tiffany is a pink monster.

 

Tiffany locked her pinky with Yuri and they both smiled the view was to overwhelming and for some time they were stuck on that moment as their eyes connected, Tiffany was loving it but she knows that it was wrong Yuri is Jessica’s girlfriend so she broke the stare and talked to break the silence “Pinky promise, now I have to go” Tiffany let go of their pinky and stood up then walked out of the room

Jessica was rushing to find Yuri’s room and of course it was not that hard to find, she is one of Hollywood’s biggest star, she her room was at the suite room.

 

Jessica immediately saw the room and her heart begun to flatter again . . . . . . . . but as she peaked into the small see thru glass that was attached to the door her heart sank, Yuri was already awake but she was laughing as Tiffany continues to pout then she was Tiffany slap Yuri’s arm and it made her leap then Tiffany caressed it as her face looks guilty, Jessica continues to look at the painful scene the two continue to talk but she can’t hear them. Then she saw Yuri held her pinky up like she was waiting for Tiffany to lock it with hers, and so her thoughts was true they both are doing a pinky swear but what bothered her was the thick stare that the both are giving to each other, none of them let go of the two connected pinkies 

 

“it’s just a swear Jess, just a swear”  she was about to enter the room when her phone vibrated she immediately took it from her pocket and red the message

 

From: Yoongie

                Unnie! Are you with Yuri unnie already? Well please tell her I miss her and call me if she’s already awake, I want to talk to her. Take care unnie

 

Then she send a reply

 

To: Yoongie

                I’m at the hospital right now and about to enter her room, yes I will call you later and take care of your other unnies there okay?

 

Then she put her phone back to her pocket but as she looked up her and Tiffany’s eyes met

 

“Jess” “Tiff” they said at the same time

 

“why didn’t you tell me your coming” Yes Tiffany is still mad at Jessica and she doesn’t want to see her, not now  

 

“she’s my girlfriend do I still need a permission from you to visit her?” Jessica replied with the same tune of voice

 

“oh! Yeah right, she’s your girlfriend. . . . I thought you forgot” y as it is but she’s pissed right now

 

“I never forgot, and if you’re here to flirt with her, then stop it because I’m here now” the two American girls are y no one wants to lose

 

“to flirt?! Sorry but I’m here to do ‘YOUR’ job” Tiffany pointed at Jessica she wants to really sank her the point that Jessica is a useless girlfriend and she didn’t do her job.

 

“no one’s making you do it” Jessica’s voice became cold not with the full anger voice

 

“but I don’t have a heart to leave her alone, I can’t just stay rooted while I know she needed help. . . . . . you’re acting really stupid, you know why Yuri got into an accident? Again its because of YOU . . .  yes, she was worried about YOU not picking up your phone, she was worried about YOU getting mad at her, she was missing YOU so much that she worked double time to finish her work early to be with YOU. By the time the accident happened Yuri was driving so fast in the high way just to catch the last flight back to Korea, you know why? YOU made her worried! By the time she woke up, Jess you should have seen her face she was so lost while calling you. . . . . . I was the one who was beside her but it’s still YOU who she wants” Tiffany was holding her tears not to fall she doesn’t want Jessica to see her so weak but she failed as her eyes forms water at its edges “you’re so lucky Jess, Yuri loves you this much. . . . . but at the time that I have known what happened? I know I have made the wrong decision. . . . . I should have fought for her, I should’ve pulled her away from you. . . . . . . YOU don’t deserve her Jess. . . . . . . . and now, I’M GOING TO GET HER FROM YOU” that was a clear threat, Jessica was lost she heard everything she cant utter a single word and was just staring at Tiffany’s eyes, it was full of determination and it made her scared, it made her a coward, it made her feel weak that she wants to brake down, then the stare was broken by the time Tiffany walked away but she heard her say again “I was not joking at the time that I told you to not let her go, ‘cause I’m always here to catch her, I love her so much Jessica, remember that” Then Jessica heard Tiffany’s foot steps fading.

 

Yuri was in the hospital because of her, she almost lost her life, again it’s because of her, she’s a total mess, she needs to clear her mind first.

 

Jessica took her first step away from Yuri’s room when she feels her phone vibrating again and this time it was longer indicating that it was a call. She wiped her tears first and cleared before she answered it forgetting to look at the caller

 

“Hello?”

 

“How are you baby?” the voice, the voice that she missed, the voice that she wanted to hear every single day

 

“Seob seob-bang” her voice was trembling she’s preventing herself to cry but she failed, she cant even utter another word as the sobs was the only noise that came from

 

Jessica was still close to Yuri’s room so she turned around and watched Yuri from the transparent glass, Yuri was wearing a worried expression as she was holding her phone while laying in the hospital bed while staring blankly at the ceiling, Yuri still didn’t saw Jessica “Hey, baby? You must have heard about the news huh? Well I’m already fine, so, don’t worry okay? I’ll be home soon, we will have a date as I come home, I’ll cook for you and I will also sleep in your room. . . . is that fine? Oh! One more thing, don’t you dare think about me often okay? Don’t you ever get worried because it will make you restless, just think of it as a dream, like nothing happened, your Seobang is strong so no need to worry. . . . . . . . . . Just take care of yourself . . . . . .  that’s all that I want” Jessica again saw that genuine smile on Yuri’s face, what did she do in her past life that she had Yuri fallen for her? She may not deserve Yuri but she’s not going to give up on her.

 

“I love you Seobang, I love you so much and. . . .  and I’m sorry”

 

“I love you more, but why are you asking for forgiveness?”

 

“I’m not a perfect girlfriend like you, I know I don’t deserve you but I just wan. . . . . “

 

“shhhh, who said you’re not a perfect girlfriend? And who said that you don’t deserve me? . . . . . . Hey, Jessica Jung Sooyeon, I love you soo much and You are a perfect girlfriend for me, and most importantly you deserve me more than I deserve you, I love you baby and you are the only person that I can see my future with” Yuri’s words was full of love made Jessica cry even more ‘how can I even doubt my love for you Yul?’ That question appeared in her mind and no, she’s not going to make the same mistake again

 

“Yul, please promise me that you won’t fall out of love for me, please promise me that you wont ever leave me” it was a request but it appeared as a plead.

 

“what are you talking about? Hehehe okay, okay I promise. . . . . . . I promise that I will never leave my baby Jessica Jung Sooyeon ever, I will love her until my last breath, is that okay?” Jessica saw Yuri raising her left hand as she said the oath

 

Jessica giggled for a bit “hmm, it was good. Seobang???”

 

“hhm??”

 

“I Love You so much”

 

“hhehehehe I love you more”

 

 

“I love you most Seobang”

 

“aish! Too many I love you’s , tsk! Bye baby, I know you’re busy, make the fans happy okay? For the last time I LOVE YOU”

 

“hmm, I will seobang, bye get well soon I LOVE YOU” Yuri ended the call and Jessica still was staring at Yuri who was just moving her head while she was maybe singing with just that it made Jessica smile

 

“ILOVEYOU” she whispered to Yuri’s figure then she left.
