Hello. I just wanted to pop in and tell you guys why I haven't updated in a month. On February 16th, I was at work when I had managed to injure myself. I work at Walmart as a CAP Team associate and basically what I do is scan items in the backroom to see what needs to go up on the shelves on the floor. Easy, right? Kind of. We go up and down ladders to reach certain bins, ladders varying in size, and carry boxes varying of both weight and size. I, unfortunately, was climbing down an orange ladder (which is the biggest ladder the back room has to offer) carrying a big and heavy box of cereal in one arm. Now, I had done this many times before and nothing had happened. Until that day. Now, someone had suddenly shoved a girl in training to me with no warning. The girl's name was Karly and despite the fact that she's supposed to be an overnight associate (and her job is completely different from mine), somehow I had gotten the job of training her; which was bizarre and I wasn't entirely thrilled with it but I went through with it. I was still scanning cereal and her help me bring the boxes that picked down and she would put the boxes on the cart for me. Except, when I was bringing the last box down, I extended my arm to her for her to take the box. But she didn't do that right away and I began to lean off of the ladder due to the sheer weight of the box.
