VI.
A Boy Who WillVI.
“Onew!” She smiled, seeing his face as she stepped out of the classroom.
He made his way over, stumbling over his own feet and almost slamming into some other people. She laughed, shaking her head. Nowadays she rarely got to see him, but when she did, the clumsy side of him would show, and she’d laugh.
“Be careful,” she scolded him in a playful tone and flicked his forehead.
“I’m only like this around you, you know?”
Moments later the words sunk into her and she blushed. He smiled, slipping his hand into hers, immediately taking her stack of papers from her.
“I can take them myself, Onew.”
“I want to help,” he said, “and it’s been a long day for you right?”
“Mhm… I still have some work to--”
She was stopped mid-sentence as he pecked her cheek.
“What was that for?”
“For being such an amazing girlfriend.”
I want a boy who is more goofy than romantic, but knows the right things to say at the right times.
