All the Better
EquationsNote: I'm back! :D and JungIn makes her appearance here! Enjoy...
“JungIn-ah, I can trust you alone with my daughter right?” Gary teased JungIn. JungIn laughed and ignored him.
“Hurry and leave, oppa.” JungIn replied. “Tell appa to go.” She whispered to Keia, joking around.
“Bye, appa.” Keia waved at him. When he was about to leave the apartment, she ran to him, hugged his leg, and let go. Gary knelt down and ruffled her hair. “Please pick me up fast.” She said, giving him a hug on the neck. Jihyo had been out of town for work since two nights before, and Keia had missed her, so Gary stuck around. But today he had to work, and JungIn said she hadn’t went out with Keia in such a long time so she wanted to babysit for them.
“Ok, I’ll make sure I finish work fast and join you as soon as I’m done. Be nice while you’re with JungIn imo, ok?” Gary told her. She just nodded and went back to JungIn, trotting in her long-sleeved grey shirt, black leggings, and a Leessang cap made especially for her. JungIn, who was close to the couple, had looked after Keia often, but usually her parents were around.
“Keia, do you want to come meet Pororo now?” JungIn asked. Keia was excited and nodded with excitement. “Arasseo, let’s go!” JungIn said, grabbing Keia’s hand. Keia skipped along beside her. They then left for Pororo Park. When they got there, Keia was excited. She rode the train, tried the different attractions, but didn’t want to actually go see Pororo. She said she wanted to do it later. After going around, they sat down to rest.
“Imo, water please.” Keia said as they sat down. JungIn took it out of Keia’s backpack and gave it to her.
“Are you having fun?” JungIn asked after she drank. She gave Keia a piece of bread. Keia nodded, giggling. Just then, a couple students who seemed to be visiting approached them.
“Eo? Aren’t you JungIn?” They said. And JungIn politely nodded. Having this done often to her parents, Keia didn’t really pay attention. “And isn’t this Keia?” They added. At the mention of her name, she looked at them. JungIn nodded, shocked by how popular the little girl had become after the fan meet incident and Gary’s instagram post. “Ah, jinjja kwiyeopda.” They said, admiring her. “You really remind me of your mom.” They pointed out. And as if it was timed, Jihyo called JungIn’s phone. She picked up.
“Hello?” Jihyo said, “Eonni, are you ok babysitting Keia alone?” She asked, feeling like she is burdening JungIn.
“Aniya, we’re having fun. Just focus on your filming, then come back fast. Your daughter misses her mom.” She said, and the students looked at her, suspecting that she was on the phone with Jihyo. “I’ll give her the phone.” JungIn said and handed the phone over to Keia. “It’s Eomma.” She told Keia.
“Eomma!” Keia said with her soft voice. The girls squealed of her cuteness and the fact that she was talking to Jihyo. “Eomma, I want to see Pororo with you.” She said, melting Jihyo’s heart over and over again.
“Me too.” Jihyo said, “But JungIn imo’s there to take you. You’re going to have fun with her too.” Jihyo replied. Keia shrugged in her seat. “Behave well ok? Saranghae Keia.” She said, needing to head back to work soon.
“Saranghae eomma.” She said in re
