Min Ho is having  face time with Min Jung.

“Where is Shin Hye? You are a slave driver Min Jung” said her brother

“Yah, brat, I am training your fiancée and she’s doing a good job” said Min Jung

“and mind you, she’s working with some hot alpha males” she added

“Noona, do you want me to go to New York at this instant?” he shouted

“Stop that Lee Min ho. She’s fine. She’s working on an ad campaign for our investor’s conference” said Min Jung

“She’s making a name for herself. And she’s a tough girl already. Just like me” said Min Jung

Minho’s eyes softened. He was glad. There was a time that Shin Hye would always cry, saying that she cannot bear it anymore but still she persevered.

“Wait, she’s coming” said Min Jung and she hand over the iphone to Shin Hye.

“Oppa, how are you? I really , really , really , miss you so much” said Shin Hye

“Yah, Ms. Park, you’re too busy to call me every night? Are you becoming unfaithful to me?” he asked

“Oppa! How can you say that” and then Min Jung called her

“Shin Hye, the team is waiting for you” said Min Jung

“Oppa, I’ll call you later. We just need to finish this ad. “ and then she hand the Iphone to Min Jung

“She didn’t even say she loves me “ said Min Ho

“Lee Min Ho, you whiner. She’s really doing a great job and I am happy for her. I hope you are too. The result of this ad will determine her future. If we increased our market share, then she will make it big here in New York” said Min Jung

“Ok, brat. They are calling me already. I’ll remind Shin Hye to call you later” said Min Jung

Minho was happy for Shin Hye but he can’t help to feel worried as well. What if she enjoyed her life in New York. What if she wavered and broke off their engagement. What if she fell in love with other guys, specially American guys. So many what if’s .

Shin Hye started to present their recent campaign. It was a thematic commercial ad intended to increase their market share for one of their generic pain reliever ad. While she was presenting the story board, everyone was listening intently to her. Min Jung was so proud listening to her. After a year, she has gone so far.

After presenting the story board to the entire marketing team and to her, Min Jung stand up and clapped her hand. “Well done , Shin hye”  and everyone followed her lead.

Everyone congratulated her for that one and the next part would be the most stressful one. Translating it already in a fulltime ad campaign.

The team went out in a bar to have dinner and to be followed by an after party. Shin Hye was riding together with Min Jung in her car.

“You make me proud, Shin Hye” she said

“Because you taught me well, eunnie” said Shin Hye

“Are you ready to go back to Seoul?” she asked

“Not yet, eunnie. I know Minho oppa will understand” and then she looked outside the window. It will be Christmas next month and she haven’t told Minho that she can’t come home this year.

She took her iphone and sent a text message to Minho

“Oppa, I did great! “ she sent

Few minutes later, her celphone vibrates

“I knew from the start you will” said Minho in his reply

“Because you inspire me to make it big here in New York. This is all for you” said Shin hye

“All I want is for you to come home soon” said Minho

She dialled his number already...

“I knew you cannot resist me” said Minho

“I am with Min Jung eunnie. She said I did great in my presentation” she said

“Well, I’m glad to hear that. That means you can come back here in Seoul and just continue your work here” said Minho

“ I can’t oppa” said Shin Hye

“What?” he shouted. Even Min Jung heard it and took the phone from Shin Hye

“Yah, you brat! How dare you shout at Shin Hye?” and then Shin Hye took it again from Min Jung

“It’s ok eunnie” she smiled apologetically

“Oppa, let’s continue this later” and she ended their conversation

“He wants me to go back to Seoul” said Shin Hye

“Do you want to?” Min Jung asked

“I love him and I truly miss him but part of me wants to stay here in New York “ said Shin Hye

“Think about what you and Min Ho want. At the end of the day, it should be a mutual decision” said Min Jung and then opened the car door as soon as they reached the restaurant.

All throughout their dinner, her mind is wandering.

She received another text message from Minho.

“I didn’t mean to shout at you. This long distance relationship is killing me. I know you are having a hard time as well. But don’t push yourself too much in meeting everyone’s expectation. I told you, if everything else fails, I will be the one to catch you. I miss you so much that sometimes it’s hurts. I am
