Quick Advice -> Ways to Relax

So today's advice is about how to relax yourself when you are having a bad day or when you feel stressed out. I recommend taking a shower, or a bath, or wash your face with cold water. Take a walk, listen to music, read a book in bed, or watch kdramas. Drink water, stretch, or do yoga. Those small magic can really help. For a bonus, watch a clip of return of the superman, which is a reality show with dads taking care of kids. They are really adorable and will definitely turn your face into a bright smile.
