“Please don’t let Sehun know.”

“Can you hear me?”

“I’m sure you can.”

“She told me, he suffers a lot because of that incident. She wants to erase all the memories that are left. And she wants those, who are hidden, to never come back.”

“It makes me upset, but at the same time I understand.”

“She’s a mother too, you know?”

“I want to protect you as well.”

“I’ve told you this story so many times already.”

“And I don’t know how many more times I need to reassure myself that I’m doing the right thing.”

“So please wake up soon.”

“And please…”

“Please don’t remember him.”

Lu Han didn’t know how he found himself inside of this room instead of Sehun’s house, where he had been last. But seeing himself lying in a hospital’s bed, this woman sitting right next to him with her hands holding onto his arm, he suddenly knew, what he had to do.

Slowly, he approached this person called Lu Han that looked so much like him and yet so foreign, seemingly sleeping. But he knew, not doing what he was about to do would lead to a sleep that took place forever.

Therefore, he sat down on the free side of the bed, the sheets not crumpling beneath his transparent body, the woman, his mother, not noticing him; only focused on the unconscious young man, his real self.

Lu Han’s fingers extended; reached through the surface of his own peaceful face and there it was. Small, and weak, but determined – his will to live.

Before he allowed himself to close his eyes and drift away, he sent a few silent words to his mother, well aware that they would never reach her.

“I’m sorry.”

But I have to remember.

We're halfway through this story already! (or even more, not sure yet how many chapters part 2 will have. but 4 are for sure - I already wrote them xD)
