Minseok thoroughly loved his job, but sometimes he hated his life. He doesn’t even know what possessed him into agreeing to the position of being chanbaek’s wedding photographer, or perhaps it was just a duty that comes naturally when you’re best friends with the grooms. Sighing as he tousled his hair for the nth time that morning, Minseok struggled to focus instead on the pieces of paper scattered across the desk whilst Baekhyun droned on and on about the various concepts and ideas he has in mind.
“We’re going to need clear skies and lots of sunlight for this shoot at the meadow.” Baekhyun had a dreamy look on his face and Chanyeol’s gaze was fixated on his fiancé, looking absolutely infatuated with him.
“I think you need to ask God for that.” Minseok muttered as he struggled to keep himself from rolling his eyes. “And how are we supposed to get from the meadow to the next shoot location? You have about six different locations spaced very far apart and very little time, just reminding you.”
The excited glimmer in Baekhyun’s eyes immediately fizzled out as he pouted and Chanyeol took it as his cue to step in protectively. “I’m sure we can work this out. It’s a once in a lifetime thing and we can’t have it any less than perfect.”
“Thank god it’s only once in a lifetime.” Minseok caught his reflection in his cup of coffee and shuddered. Going through this process a few more times would shorten his lifespan, no doubt.

Tracing the beautiful features of the man who rested his head comfortably on his lap despite his legs being cramped in the backseat of the cab, Chanyeol had to fight the desire of kissing him in fear of waking the beauty from his slumber. The skies were just starting to light up from the sun and Chanyeol chose to fix his attention on that instead, basking in the start of another day. Every day welcomed with Baekhyun by his side would be a good day and today of all days would be extra special as they’re finally starting the wedding photoshoot, the wedding a few months away from now. He couldn’t resist the urge anymore and pressed a soft kiss on Baekhyun’s crown before looking out the window and smiling. The skies were clear just as Baekhyun had requested.

Baekhyun was still groggy from sleep with his silver hair all tousled when they finally got off at the meadow. They could already make out the huge makeshift changing rooms and portable tables and chairs set out, Kris flipping through a rack of clothes while - surprisingly or unsurprisingly - Tao was not far from his side, engrossed in what seemed to be a game on his phone.
“Good morning!” Chanyeol greeted cheerily as they approached the area, grinning and waving. Even Baekhyun started to have a little bounce in his step as he finally woke up.
“Do you even sleep?” Baekhyun signaled to the dark circles under Tao’s eyes.
The bartender merely shrugged. “Sleep is for the weak.”
“I’m surprised you’re even on time considering how you barely ended your show a few hours ago.” Kris finally made his way over after passing out some instructions for his assistant.
“We got on a cab to come here once we knocked off from work!” Baekhyun grinned smugly. “Sleep is for the weak.”
“Says the one whose hair is sticking out in all directions. Whatever floats your boat, Baek. Since you’re the star today.”
“Where’s Minseok anyway?”
“He’s further down getting some angles right or whatever he calls it. Also, Kyungsoo mentioned something about dropping by with breakfast. I can’t imagine Kai getting out of bed before noon though.”

Thank goodness the newlyweds made it shortly after Chanyeol and Baekhyun sat down to have their hair and makeup done. It appeared in the form of two mobile food support trucks with Chanyeol and Baekhyun’s faces blown up and very obnoxiously plastered on the sides, followed by Kyungsoo who was driving closely behind them.
“Did Kyungsoo ask his fans for help hiring the trucks because isn’t this what they get every time he starts filming for a new drama?” Chanyeol’s jaw dropped as he gaped at his smiling friends approaching them.
“I figured you’ll need a lot of support for your shoots. I heard it’s going to be pretty tiring and intensive, and food always makes people happy.” it was as if Kyungsoo could read the confusion on everyone's mind. “Think of this as a pre wedding gift from Kai and I.”
