Sehun’s POV:

I stand, feeling the wind brush against my face. I run a hand through my hair and sigh. Great, I lost two people today. Anabel and Lei. I mean, Lei just walked off. No emotion or anything. I should go apologize to her. And then leave right away so she doesn’t think its a crappy love scene or anything.

I sigh again and walk to Agape Cafe to get my car. When I get there, I see Kai leaning against my car, closing his eyes.

“Hey, man.” Kai opens his eyes and greets me.

He takes a look at me and frowns. “Tough day?”

I nod, thinking about what happened today.

“Ugh, I lost two girls today.”

I cringe, thinking how bad that sounded. I try to explain.

“Well, I never actually HAD Lei. But, I really thought I had Anabel.”

A flash of emotion sweeps across Kai’s face.

“Lei was a part of that?”

I nod, ignoring the emotion in his voice and his face. Is it jealously? Hurt?

“How did Lei get a part of your life?” Kai asks.

“I kinda said I liked her.”

“And what did she say?” Kai urges.

“What does it matter?! She just walked out on me. I tried to apologize, but she didn’t want anything crappy or anything serious. Ugh, what does she want?!” I can feel my temper rising. I shake my head and look at Kai. He has a worried expression on his face. He is a pretty good friend, I guess.

“Just give her some space. Relax. Don’t worry about girls, they’re just this big.. mess.” Kai assures me. “Well, I gotta go. Have to go home. Enjoy the weekend.”

I watched Kai walk away and turned to my car. Oh, right, the weekend. It’s Friday already. Time flies by when you’re being rejected.
