She knew that she couldn’t run anymore.

But also all she knew was she had to run. Because if they caught her-

“I know that you’re here you little rat.”

She gulped, she tried to run faster but at the same moment she tripped over to something and at the next moment she was lying on the ground.

“You know what? It’s always fun to watch you rats trying really hard to run. Even you know that you can’t run.”

“I-I didn’t-“  She stuttered. The voice was so close but all she saw was darkness.

“Do anything? Don’t worry I know that.” The laugh was cruel. But even before the laugh she already knew that he would show no mercy.

‘Cause every human being know this, angels never show mercy.

She tried to stand up but she knew that it was too late. Before she could take a step a hand grabbed her right shoulder. The grip around her shoulder was really painful but it didn’t take long. The angel threw the girl into the air. The girl prepared herself for the hit maybe because of that hit didn’t hurt so much.

“Well, well. It’s going to be really fun but I think it’s funny only for me.”

Something hit her face really hard. She tasted her own blood in .

“Unfortunately, it won’t be fun for you. Instead, it will be painful for you.”

She already knew that. She already saw that. And she already lived that. But again, she prepared herself one more time. Maybe it was going to be her last time.

Since she didn’t have anything to lose, it was okay.
