Luhan’s POV

I sat glaring at my food. I was sitting alone, like I have been for the past week. Sehun moved to Chanyeol’s table since the day he kissed him. They have become the talk of the school, and nobody will shut up about them. Until somebody notices me, and then they shut up instantly. School . Nobody talked to me, but everybody talked about me. And Chanhun. Yes, they gave them a name. They would speculate on Chanhun and Luhan in between every period, at lunch, before and after school. It made it into the newspaper. I was so sure they all hated me and Sehun. Why would it make it into the school newspaper when Sehun ‘left his soulmate for another’. The entire school had managed to blow this way out of proportions, and it made me so mad. Who cares?! Sehun can do whatever he wants. Even if that means completely neglecting your best friend-who-has-been-there-for-everything-your-entire-life-and-wants-to-murder-you-right-now-because-your-being-an-assho-
“Are you okay?” I looked up to see the person who was actually talking to me, not about me. It was Xiumin. He would occasionally talk to me. Mostly it was me attempting to converse with him, and failing. He had been bringing his leftover food to the trash, and had decided to stop at my table apparently. Ugh, he had friends with him. Now everybody was going to gossip about this(as if there was something to gossip about).
“Yup. I’m fine. Thanks for asking though.” I forced the corners of my lips up slightly, wishing he would just take my answer and leave. It was weird, I wanted people to talk to me, but when they did, I wanted them to go as far away as possible. He was still standing there.
“You are not fine. You look really scary right now. Like, your extremely sad, angry, annoyed, and happy at the same time. It’s not a good look for you.” I heard people gasp around us. Idiots, what was I going to do? Xiumin sat down as his friends stood awkwardly, not sure what to do.
“Ugh, why are you still here, Xiumin? You were supposed to accept my answer and leave.” I whined. I picked at my food to emphasize that he wasn’t welcome. He just laughed and didn’t get up. Waiting for me to answer, I suppose. We just sat there in a stalemate until Xiumin’s friends finally decided to sit down as well. “Who are they? And why aren’t they talking?” I asked Xiumin, eyeing the other boys. One of them was short, and shy looking. His hair was styled expertly under a beanie, and he was wearing eyeliner. He seemed like a behind-the-scenes fabulous person. The other boy was terrifying, and looked like he would not mind murdering me on the spot. They were both extremely intimidating. “Ahhh! Xiumin! The scary people are going to kill me!” I scooted as far away from them as I could, while staying seated.
“What scary people?” asked Xiumin glancing around.”Oh, do you mean my friends?” The three boys looked at me, slightly suprised, until Xiumin giggled and started introductions. “This is Kyungsoo.” The super scary murderer.”And this is Baekhyun” The fabulous guy. The latter waved at my shyly, while the mur-Kyungsoo, just stared at me.
“Please don’t kill me.” I shrunk into nothing(he looked like a complete idiot, but because he was Luhan he could get away with it), and squeezed my eyes shut, cringing.
“Is this really what he’s like?” I peeked at them through my fingers. Kyungsoo was looking at Xiumin.
“Yeah. At least I think so...he always acts like this when he’s talking to me.” Baekhyun started studying me while they were talking. I’ll just study back then.
He had curled his black hair around the striped beanie he was wearing. It had a pom pom on it! That was so cute! His skin was flawless, so he obviously wore BB cream. His eyeliner was heavy on the bottom. His overall face was soft looking, except for his mouth, which was small and sharp. He looked like a celebrity, like, I could totally imagine him in a drama. He would save a damsel in distress in his plaid shirt and skinny jeans, because he could. Ignoring Xiumin and Kyungsoo, I asked Baekhun,”Do you have a girlfriend?” He was taken aback by my question.
“No...” he shook his head.
“A boyfriend?” Nope. He was single. “Why not? Your pretty good looking. Are you saying nobody’s confessed to you? Or you’ve refused every one of them.” Baekhyun should be dating somebody. He was too hot to not date. I knew, like, half the cafeteria was watching us know, but who cares. I needed Baekhyun’s answer.
“Uh...I’ve refused them all.” He finally answered.”What about you? Are you single?” I gave him my ‘are you serious’ look, and gestured around me. Obviously I was single you idiot, if I was dating I would not be sitting alone. “Then why?”
“Nobody’s confessed to me.” I stated, before turning to Kyungsoo. “What about you, murde-Kyungsoo?” His hair was just brushed down, and he only had BB Cream on. He was not as concerned about his appearance as Baekhyun, obviously. He just stared at me with his round eyes. He had a little, roundish nose, and plump lips. He needed to answer, before I went crazy
