Sehun stretched a little before entering the lift with Jongin. Swiftly, the lift brought them to the right level as they walked towards Sehun’s unit. He fumbled to get his keys as he opened the door open quickly and walked to get the lights on.

“So here you are, the little space which Sehun spends his life everyday sleeping eating drawing sleeping eating and drawing.” Sehun sat on his chestnut sofa as Jongin walked around.

“Ah yes I remember coming here the last time sensitive and protective Sehun refused to let me help him up before he fainted~” Jongin eyed Sehun for a moment as Sehun laughed a little and walked into the kitchen to fetch drinks, “Don’t remind me~”

Jongin settled on the sofa and sat cross-legged as he looked up at the air-conditioner facing the sofa directly and glanced at Sehun, “Do you sleep here every night?” Sehun turned back and nodded while asking why. Jongin held his hand up against the air-conditioner as it blew cold air in his way.

“It’s cold you know.”

“Yeah.”

“You’d fall sick easily…” Jongin sighed a little as Sehun continued being busy in the kitchen without hearing what Jongin had said. He remembered how Jongin had nothing but instant food in his home and he decided that he would make a little something for him tonight as dinner. He pulled the refrigerator open and looked at its emptiness, besides the ingredients he needed for the meal. He remembered the time when his mother used to teach him how to cook, her eyes a little watery as she would constantly tell him to take care of his health as he left the country. It was as though she knew that when the time came his father would eventually grow tired of being responsible over a child and would definitely send him overseas to fend for himself. Perhaps that was the reason why she used to try to squeeze time out on weekends when her workload was bearable to bring him into the kitchen and teach him how to eat and cook healthily. She was worried, yet at the same time not – she seemed to only spend effort in grooming his culinary skills, hoping he would be able to take care of himself, yet she never took care of him personally. She simply helped to create a pathway for him to leave, an easier way for him to accept the fact that he would be forced to grow out of his comfort zone. He picked the ingredients out of the refrigerator and continued to prepare the ingredients after washing the cookery. He glanced back to the living room to see Jongin asleep on the sofa, hugging his cushion tightly. He smiled at how this boy simply fell asleep so easily once given something to lie on. He wiped his hands dry and walked over and kneeled down to watch Jongin sleep for awhile, noticing how his chest moved periodically as he breathed deeply in his sleep, the dreamcatcher close to him as he placed his arms around the cushion tightly, bringing both hands below his head. Sehun traced from his eyes to his nose and to his lips as he remembered the things that happened
