Call Me
Please Be Mine
“How did you find me??” Sooyoung looked at Seohyun with a weird face. “Hmm Soo, you do realize that the bookstore is just across the café?” Seohyun raised her brow. “Oh yeah..” Sooyoung mumbled. Seohyun then took a seat next to Sooyoung.
“How are you Soo?” Seohyun asked as she fixed her hair. “I’m good.” Sooyoung replied with a straight face as she stared at her phone. “How’s everything?” Seohyun asked.
“Hmm nothing much..” Sooyoung wasn’t really in a mood for conversation. “Hmm does the weird lady still bothering you?” Seohyun asked again.
“Jessica?” Sooyoung giggled. “She’s not weird.” Sooyoung said as she carved a smile on her face trying to remember her girlfriend’s face in her mind. “She’s not weird?? Are you crazy??” Soehyun said in a disbelief tone.
Sooyoung just kept on giggling to herself. “Urghh I miss herrrr..” Sooyoung whined loudly as she landed her head back to the table. “You miss her??” Seohyun kept on asking question after question.
“Yes Seo.” Sooyoung lifted her head as she took a sip on her cup of coffee. “So so much.” Sooyoung smiled as she kept on remembering Jessica’s face.
“Anyways..” Seohyun shook her head as she tried to grab whatever Sooyoung was saying that time. “Why didn’t you come to the bookstore anymore?” Seohyun said with a bit of an aegyo.
“Oh.. that..” Sooyoung said. “I don’t think I can go to the bookstore anymore.”
“HUH? B-but why??”
“The weird lady prohibits me from going.” Sooyoung smiled as she looked at her cup of coffee. “What has gotten into you?” Seohyun asked weirdly.
“I’m just in love.” Sooyoung smiled as she landed her head back again on the table. “You’re in love?? Are you serious??”
“Yes I am..” Sooyoung smiled with her head still on the table. Seohyun somehow felt her heart was a bit crushed. “I-I thought you hated that woman..” Seohyun’s voice started to crack. “Huh?” Sooyoung looked at Seohyun.
“hmm..” Sooyoung didn’t know what to say since the girl in front of her looked like she was about to cry. “Seo..” Sooyoung held Seohyun’s hand.
“I’m fine Soo.” Seohyun tried to calm herself. “Anyway are you doing anything this evening?” Seohyun asked.
Sooyoung then started to think. She didn’t want me at the bookstore but she didn’t say anything about hanging out with Seo..
“I’m thinking of heading to the tennis court. Wanna join?”
“YESS!!” Seohyun suddenly went excited. “Great!” Sooyoung said.
Later that Night
At SooRi’s Apartment
“Soo?” Yuri called for Sooyoung. The tall girl was lying on the couch in front of the TV. Sooyoung just went out of the shower and her hair was still wet. “Sooyoung?” Yuri called again from the kitchen. But there was still no answer from her.
Yuri decided to walk to the living room. She spotted Sooyoung was sleeping on the couch with her phone on her hand. “Hmm..” Yuri grabbed the phone and put it on the table in front of the couch. “Soo..” Yuri rubbed Sooyoung’s arm. “Do you wanna eat dinner?” She asked softly.
Sooyoung slowly opened her eyes and looked at Yuri. “Huh?” She said in daze. “W-Wait where’s my phone??” Sooyoung suddenly was freaking out. “Sooo.. calm down..” Yuri grabbed the phone from the table and gave it to Sooyoung.
“Why didn’t she call me yet?” Sooyoung mumbled sadly to her roommate. “Maybe she’s busy or
