It’s already Sunday night and Sungyeol is preparing Moonsoo in his sleeping attire, the kid keeps blabbering about a mission they need to do before three months, and he just keeps agreeing whenever he was asked something, even though he doesn’t know the topic though, but hey, the kid is talking excitedly, might as well join him to whatever it is

“So tomorrow before we go home, let’s go to the city library, daddy said he met mommy on that library” Moonsoo said as his babysitter lay him on the bed and tuck him in his blanket

“Whatever you say brat” Sungyeol snickered as he reach for the child’s story book and opens the page where they last left “So tonight, the story is about ‘The Littlest Knight’”

“What is it all about Yeol-ah?” Moonsoo ask and made himself more comfortable on the bed

Sungyeol turns the title page to read the small summary of the story “Follow the littlest knight as he battles to save the kingdom from the terrible dragon and win the hand of the princess”

Moonsoo nods and hum, then Sungyeol starts the story “Once upon a time long ago…”

Myungsoo was on his way to say goodnight to his son but he stopped at his son’s front door as he listens to Sungyeol’s voice while telling the story, he opens the door quietly and looks at the young man sitting in the bed beside his son. Sungyeol’s facial expression is sleepy yet Myungsoo finds it calming, like from his former wife, just then he realize something, he looks again to the young man’s face and settle his stares to Sungyeol’s eyes ‘His doe eyes…it reminds me of her’ No wonder he can’t stay looking at those orbs when they stare at him, because he felt like the young man can see right through him—like his wife

“In time, the littlest knight and the Princess had seven children who loved taking rides on the dragon's back. Of course, they lived happily ever after. The end”

Myungsoo heard the babysitter finished the story and closes the book, he watches Sungyeol place the book at the nightstand and stand up from the bed tiredly

“It seems like reading the story tires you out the most” Myungsoo enters the room with both hands in his pocket, and a smirk playing on his face

Sungyeol stretches his arms and smile to the man “Who wouldn’t get tired from reading a fricking story?”

Myungsoo scoffs and shook his head, then made his way towards the bed and looks at his sleeping son “He must have felt tired from crying this past days”

“Well, looks like having a calm talk with you turns the table around, he is now talking non-stop about a mission we need to finish before three months end” Sungyeol puts a stressed on the ‘we’

Myungsoo looks at the babysitter who stands beside him with a raise brow “Yeah? So what is his first move?”

Sungyeol looks back and playfully puts a finger on his lips and made a shushing motion “It’s a secret~” He chuckles then he stick his tongue out before turning back and skip towards the door “Goodnight boss~”

Myungsoo’s eye twitched annoyed, he put a hand on his forehead is as if he’s feeling a headache will come any soon “Lee Sungyeol” He said the name tiredly and glared at the retreating man and the closed door. Silence took over but he just shrugged it off and smirk.

Moonsoo was typing something in his smartphone while they’re on their ride to his school, Sungyeol, in the other hand was busy playing a game from his own gadget. The ride was quiet, nothing new for the both of them, until Moonsoo breaks the silence

“Soryong!” He called from the backseat, making the butler looks at the rear view mirror “Later, after taking Sungyeol from the university, let’s go to the city library okay?”

Sungyeol stops from playing at his phone and looks at the kid beside him “Seriously, what’s with you and libraries?”

Moonsoo rolled his eyes and continue typing something to his phone “Obviously you didn’t listen to me last night”

Sungyeol close his eyes and yawned as he reply “Is it really that important?” Then he looks back to the kid “Okay, tell me your plans…what this is all about?”

“I want to find my daddy a new mate”

There were silence inside the car, no one dared to speak after they heard the words that came out from the kid’s lips. Sungyeol looks at the rear view mirror and saw Soryong is doing the same to him, they stared at each other for a moment before Sungyeol’s eyes turn into a crescent moon and loud laugh vibrates inside the car

“Oh my ing glob!” Sungyeol was now clutching his stomach “What the…nice one!” His face turns red from the lack of oxygen “Moonsoo, seriously what the hell are you talking about?!”

Soryong from the driver’s seat was silently laughing, but still Moonsoo can tell that he is holding it in, it’s pretty obvious from the shaking shoulders. Sungyeol was now panting and wiping the tears of joy from his eyes

“I’m serious Sungyeol-ah…I don’t want Doyeon to be my new my mommy” Moonsoo tsked from the side and cross his little arms to his chest “I’d rather have my dad marry a man than him marrying that woman”

“So…you rather want your dad to be gay than be with Doyeon?” Sungyeol ask, holding in his laughter

“If no woman is good for him then, let’s go with the same ” Moonsoo shrugged his shoulder like its normal for a kid to something like that

Sungyeol looks at Soryong again and the man just also shrugged his shoulder “W-wait a sec!” He raise a hand and points at the kid “Does your dad really know what you’re doing?”

Moonsoo raise a brow and smirk “We made a deal…so it’s up to me now, and besides, daddy doesn’t have to know everything what I’m about to do”

“Okay…evil plot…but why library?” Sungyeol nod to himself, totally interested from the kid’s plan, I mean, who wouldn’t be? Seeing his straight boss become gay for a man or make a fool out of himself—Oh Sungyeol would love to watch that!

“Because…Sungyeol-ah, I like to know how did my mom and dad meet, it’s like arranging my own story plot in my mind…and that story plot is the one we will follow” Moonsoo’s expression became serious “This is a story about a man who lost his first love and met his destined one at the same place where he met his first love…”

“So this is like…a manhwa, where we will play like a god, meeting two destined people…damn this drama is good!” Sungyeol became hyped and clap his hand “Alright! I get you now!”

Little did he know about the two exchanging stares from the kid and his butler inside the car.

Myungsoo was reading a contract when his best friend, Sungjong came inside his office without a knock and walk towards the chair in front of his black glass desk, he didn’t have to raise his eyes to his visitor for he knew who it is already

“How may I help you?” He said as he continue reading the contract in his hand

Sungjong sits at the chair and cross his legs “Oh nothing…just came here to say Hi~ and wanted to know some news about my brother”

“Mmhmm…about your brother…” Myungsoo puts down the contract in his table “Well except for being crazy, weird and noisy…he’s fine and doing well in his babysitting job” He looks at Sungjong with a slight smirk

Sungjong blinks a few times before leaning his back relaxingly at his seat “That’s good to hear then, at least he got something to keep him busy from being a wild drummer in a band or clubbing all night”

Myungsoo squinted his eyes a little “What?” He ask

“Oh! Didn’t you know?” Sungjong his head to the side “My brother is kinda adventurous, he got a lot of things to handle in his life”

“Adventurous you say?” Myungsoo said to himself as he remember what his son told him about the young man “Your brother sure has a lot of tricks under his sleeves huh? I want to know more about this babysitter”

“Believe me, if you get to know him, he will turn your world upside down” Sungjong chuckled then look at his wrist watch “Oh, I have to go! Lunch is almost over…have you eaten?”

Myungsoo shook his head “Later after signing this” He then wave his hand to his retreating friend “See ya around” And the other one made a last wave goodbye and walks out of his office.
