We’re still at the airport. Observing flights and everything.

Kris pops out of nowhere and goes beside me.

“Hi,” he simply greets.

“Hi”

Sehun looks at me with a hint of worry in his face.

“You ok?”

I nod carefully.

He looks down at the planes and Chen continues his speech.

“I’ve never seen that man ask his secretary if she’s ok,” Kris whispers and I shiver to his voice.

“Jinjjah?”

Can’t say anything.

“Neh. You like him?”

“Ne—ANI. What makes you think that I like him?”

“Instincts”

Sehun turns his head and signals us to follow them.We silently follow them to one of the airplanes.

“Here, Hun. The very special place for guests.” He opens another door in the plane.

Classy will deine it.

“You improved your facilities, huh?” Sehun says, amused.

“Neh. So you up for a roundtrip?” He looks from Sehun to me to Kris.

“Love triangle,” he comments.

“Not,” I immediately blurt out.

“If you say so, Ms. Lu. So what’s your answer?”

“Dude, I’m up for it,” Kris answers.

“Me too,” Sehun and I answer in unison.

“You’ll make a great combination”

We’re both silent for a moment.

He peeks at the door to signal a stewardess.

“We’ll be going. About ten minutes from now,” Chen announces.

It’s shameful to admit but this is my first time to ride a plane.

I’m trying hard not to look like it.

I lean my back on the seat and Sehun sits beside me.

I’m looking out the window and all I can see is the ground below us.

This won’t hurt.

I said it. I guessed it awhile ago.

Planes are not for me.

I am freaking scared of heights that I ignored everything that they said. I can’t hear anything.

Just the loud thumping of my heart,

My breaths are heavy and my eyes are closed.

I can’t continue.

Can I just get off?

Suddenly, I feel my head being pulled to someone’s chest. Ok, not just a typical someone but on Oh Sehun’s chest.

I open one of my eyes as I inhale his scent.

“Don’t freak out. I’m here”

He’s so caring. Sweet. Why is he so concerned about me?

He likes me, doesn’t he?

But I would never jump into conclusions.

But…his actions.

Never expect. Never assume. Happy life. Healthy heart.

There’s no rhyme at all.

Anyway, it isn’t a poem. Why look for rhyme schemes?

“You know, I haven’t been this close to my past secretaries. You’re so different from anyone”

“Huh?”

What is he trying to say?

“Lu Han, I think I—“

A sudden sound interrupts him.

“Incoming typhoon will hit South—“

“,” I mutter.

What the hell. I don’t want to die.

I hug him tightly.

“Please. Please. Don’t let me die,” I beg, almost crying.

“Ssh. Everything will be fine.” He caresses my hair and touches my nape.

That single touch electrifies me.

“Think of the happy times”

Hmm… Like when the first time I saw you, I didn’t admit but I was mesmerized. I applied on your company and part of me was thrilled. I saw your body and I wanna touch those abs that time. You caught me in your arms and pulled me to your chest—HE SAID HAPPY TIMES.

Why am I thinking about those times?

A smile forms into my face.

It’s so hard to admit but maybe just being with him makes me happy and I don’t need to reminisce the happy times ‘coz I’m happy inhaling his manly scent.

“Your face was so epic!” Sehun laughs at me.

“You didn’t even tell me, you !”

Chen laughs at our silly fight.

What are we fighting about?

It’s just that this bastard didn’t tell me that the incoming typhoon thing will hit South Carolina not South Korea.

It’s just a news flash but since I was so scared, I didn’t hear everything. He didn’t even bother to tell me.

He’s just wonderful. Note the sarcasm.

“He wanted to be close to you and that’s the only way, Lu,” Chen speaks.

We turn to him and both of us fall silent.

Is his theory right?
