Bang! Bang!

Echoed the sound of the door being violently hit. " Hana... Please open the door" Kai's anxious voice begs as he twisted the doorknob, "go away" I whimpered cowering  into the corner. " Hana its been three days since you last eaten.. you'll get sick if you don't eat!" Kai bang the door again twisting the nob violently 
"i'll rather die then to spend another day with you!!!" I scream clutching my head, trying to block everything around me  " Hana Please... I don't want to hurt you" Kai spoke softly but his words made me snap.

I got up and grab the vase that was on the dresser and threw to the door, shattering it to pieces " YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT  THAT WHEN YOU ME AND TOOK EVERYTHING!!  YOU BASTARD, DIE!!"  

This was the first time I ever cursed at someone and tell them to die, I started crying again.  For 3 days have I been crying and yet it seems I still had tears to spare, my chest started to ache badly it was getting  harder to breathe by the second and before I knew it I collapse and the last thing I heard was Kai screaming my name. 

"If only I didn't help you that day, if only I just stayed away like hyunmi said... My life would have been a whole lot better" 

4 years ago 

"HANA!!!" chimed young Hyunmi she basically looked the same but back in high school, she had longe healthy jet black  hair,  she clings on to someone smaller petite than her.

"Hyunmi~ get off!" Hana groan and like her best friend the young lass looked basically the same but she looked brighter then.  "Hana I'm hungry, lets go eat please~" Hyunmi pouted at the lass who rolled her eyes in response. " Again?.. We just ate 10 minutes ago, " she said, but Hyunmi started to whine like a child making Hana no choice but to agree. 

They head off to the canteen only to stop when they saw a group of boys lodging around in the gym bleachers. " arrrgh look at them" Hyunmi sneered with annoyed look.

 " They just transferred a week ago and look at them acting all high and mighty just because their parents a rich" she grumbled and shook her head

"Look  at me, I'm rich, but you don't see flaunting around like that" she scoffed. Hana chuckled

 " Do you know them personally Hyunmi?" she asks quietly the latter sighed " sadly yes.. See that chubby pale guy there, sitting on the left, " she nodded her over, i look and nodded

" That's Kim Jun Myeon.. His parents and mine are good friends, " she stated with a bored look. Hana smiled and looked at her friend and then back to the boys. Hana had to admit they were all handsome and charming group, but one particular boy caught her attention the one that was sitting in the middle wearing ripped pants 

"Hyunmi whose that one in the middle?"  she asks innocently not taking her eyes off the boy the latter eyes widen and pulled Hana shoulder around " Hana listen away,  stay away from him" she warns and judging by her best friend's expression she was serious.

"What?? Why?" Hana ask Hyunmi glance over to that boy " you know the son of the Kim Corp." she uttered Hana frown " you mean the one that gets in trouble all the time, " she inquired Hyunmi nodded " that's him" Hana eyes widen and looked at the boy who carelessly laughed with his friends 

"That Kim Jong in or Kai...his bad news Hana stay away from him, got it" Hyunmi pleaded Hana continued to stare at the latter before looking down and nodded "ok" 

This was their first Hana first encounter with Kai. And she thought it would be the last encounter until one rainy afternoon while Hana going home, she walks through a small park where it was usually filled with kids was now empty she passed by the slide, but halted when she coughing and painful groans Hana cautiously walked over and saw legs behind the slide she lean over and was surprised to see it was Kai , the latter looked like he just got out of rough fight and looked like he was in much pain. 

" His bad news.. Stay away from him"

Hyunmi words echoed in Hana mind, she turns about to leave, but stopped when she heard the Kai's  hissed of pain, being soft hearted Hana was she ignored the warning and turn around and check on Kai, which startled the boy,  he looked the hana who was dabbing his wounded lip.

"Who the hell are you" he hissed at her backing away " a schoolmate.. are you ok?" Hana asks hesitantly the other rolled his eyes " what do you think getting ambushed for no reason tch"  Kai scuffed and pite out blood 

"Your seriously hurt..we need to get you treated" she lean back and held Kai's hand, but the other pulled his hand way and glared at her Hana flinch back frighten but pucker up

 " Th-there's a clinic nearby I can take you there, " she said Kai squinted his eyes 

"i can stand on my own just lead the way" he said as he slowly got up with much difficulty Hana wanted to help but the stubborn boy refused her help and slowly walk away.  Hana walk next to him, covering him with her umbrella, although it was sort a hard because the latter was much taller than she was. 

by the time they arrive to the local clinic Kai was leaning down on Hana for support half way  Kai collapse and Hana helped him, although the latter rejected Hana silently insisted and pulled his arm over her shoulder and pulled him up not caring if both of them got wet from the rain 

The doctor immediately treated Kai as he was treated after treating all his wound Hana entered and check on him. Kai was laying down getting rest like the doctor told him.
"So feel better?" she smiled Kai looked at her and silently nodded. 

"That's great.." Hana was happy she got to interact with that boy she had slightly have a crush on. 
"so who were the people that ambushed you?" she asks Kai glared at her Hana instantly understood he did not want to talk about it. So she pouted away.

"So Well... The doctor said you need rest right? So I better leave and let you rest, " she timidly said as she got up and about leave but halted when softly heard

"Thanks, " she turns to Kai, who was looking away but she could tell a slight blush on his cheeks.

which made Hana laugh, the latter looked at her " whats so funny?" he ask Hana shook her head " nothing..its just its first time i've seen the so called bad kid blush" she chuckled 
kai frown at her " what?" he cocked his head

Hana shook her head and smiled at him " sorry..what I meant was nobody should really judge someone unless you know the person" she smiled Kai face softens and look away.

"My names Lee Hana by the way" Hana stick out her hand with a cheerful smile, without Hana knows  invisible chains wrap had around her sealing her faith to him, in that moment Kai claimed her as his.

"Kim Jong in, " he smiled, taking her hand. 

i open my eyes to see the same wooden ceiling of the cabin where i was held in for weeks now.  I sat up to see the door had been broken down and a chair placed next to the bed. 

"You're awake, I see, " I looked up expecting to see kai to my surprise it was suho. he was wearing  his casual clothes white polo shirt underneath his green sweater, black jeans and large black overcoat. he walked over to the chair and took a seat he looked at my face for a moment before bowing down his head,  fiddling his hands 

"you've gotten thin and it looks like you haven't been sleeping well, " he muttered, I just stared at him and spoke softly "That's what happen when you're being held captive by a monster".  Suho looked at me with sad eyes. "Hana..." he whispered

"what are you doing here?" i ask cutting him off,  suho sighed

 " i came to check on you...kai is really worried about your condition" he said 

I gritted my teeth and fisted my hands " don't mention that bastard name.." i growled " its his fault why i'm like this" i started to tear up.  Suho stood up and sat on the bed, wiping my tears with his handkerchief 

"Please stop crying... it's not good for you" he said as he wiped every tear that falls "why me?... why?.. of all people why chose me?" i looked at suho despesrately

"i'm a nobody...my parents are not rich...were simple..i can't even come to par with those girls that kai use have fling with" i stated shaking my head 

" i'm not smart..i'm plain and simple ...." she gritted my teeth " so why me!" i punch the foam of the bed.

suho watched and listen to every word i said  before patting my head " kai...kai has abandonment issues" he whispered i stop and looked at him.

 he placed down his hand and looked away. " When he was 6 his mom left him for another man..to jongin his mom was the only person he could lean on whenever pressure was put on him either from ..Media... School...or his father's expectations, his mother was only person who can run to and tell all his problems so when she left him..he felt betrayed and thought all women were leeches that are just after money." he paused and looked at me with a smile.

"until he met you, " he pointed he lean back " so let me ask you hana.. the day you met kai  on that one rainy afternoon, " he paused " why did help him?" he said

 i frown and looked away " why are you asking me that?" I said sounding a little irritated 

"Just wondering since your Hyunmi best friend she would have natural told you to stay away from him." he said "So why?" he asks again more insistingly.  I glance at  him before answering, " because he was in pain.. I felt sorry for him,  it looked like he needed help" I confessed 

"even though you knew who he was" suho added i nodded,

 "i' felt sorry for him, that day he looked like he was all alone" i closed my eyes, remembering that sorrowful look on kai  had on that cold, rainy day, " i don't know, maybe that day i just wanted to comfort him"  i muttered,  suho  then gently held my right hand, making me look at his sad eyes. 

"And that's how Kai fell in love with you, " he spoke, surprising me 

"You showed up on that day Kai needed someone the most you comforted him and talk to him.. smiled at him... To Kai it was the first time a stranger made him feel like a person, " he held my hand a bit tighter 

"He was always treated like some prize, people always try to get on his good side and when does mistake there no one there to help him but us and because of his background people stray away form him treating him like a monster... and no one who wants to be treated like that" he spoke lowly 

I froze and remember that night we fought "YOUR A MONSTER!!" 

"Hana.." i looked up to Suho  "i'm asking you something almost impossible, " he started before he got down on his knees with his head held down low,  surprising me 

" what are you doing?" i ask 

"Please give  kai. a chance .i know what he did was unforgivable, but its been eating him up every day... its been days since he last  eaten or slept, he just stare into space trying figure out how he could redeem himself for he did" suho muttered 

i slouch back and fisted my hands "you know I can't do that what he did.. is something he can't erase and undo" I sneered a little 

"i know!..but not i'm asking you to forgive him right away..just..just give him a chance to redeem himself" SoHo plead. 
 i frown at him and shook my head " get out" i said suho looked up to me " hana" 

I fisted the bed sheet " GET OUT!" I yelled, making him flinch and bitterly looked down.

He stood up and started to walk away but before he left, he stop and said something 
" just one more thing...kai really does love even , you may have come to hate him, but he'll just continue to love you..you know why?" he paused and glance at  me

 "He's just a scared little boy, " he uttered before walking away.

After he left I laid back down and just stared at nothing but the ceiling, thinking what suho just said. and before i knew it was night time. snap me back to reality when i heard clanging noises coming from down the hall. i sat up and went out, my legs were a little wobbly, probably since I haven't been eaten for days now. so lean on the wall for support  and walk down the hall. 

 the hallway was a mess, broken shards and cans  were everywhere. I carefully avoid the shards and made it to the hall that lead to the kitchen and it was just a messy as the hallway and there I saw a figure near the stove. 

It was Kai it looked like he was preparing fried chicken wings,  i peered over seeing he was separating the once with spicy seasoning to ones that aren't
 " at least you know i hate spicy food" i spoke, causing him to jump and turn around 

"Hana" he spoke, looking like he had just seen a ghost

 " Your up..are you ok?" he asks, I ignore his question and continued saying 

" Well of course you know... You know everything about me.. while i know nothing about you, but a sick obsess bastard" I muttered, pushing away from the wall but stumble. Kai quickly came rushing over and helped me up, he saw how weak, I was so he decided to carry me up over to the sofa. He places me down gently and check if I was hurt. 

"can't forgive you for what you did" i spoke making kai stop and glupped " i..i know..you can hate me all you want...curse me all you want  just...eat and get your health back, " he muttered and bent down and started to hug my waist and burying his face into my lap " you don't have to love just stay healthy and stay with me" he started to cry.

i could feel his heavy tears moisten my thighs, " his just a scared little boy" 

This sight squeezes my heart, I close my eyes and hugged him over his head, I felt him over up and away and looked at me. " Then..." I started to sniffle as tears flow down 

"Then man up and redeem yourself, " I said as I wipe my tears
 " Change... Don't hurt me anymore..stop being violent, rude and hot-tempered and stop being over possessive i'm an object,  I'm a person I need to socialize with other people and most of all stop acting heartless idiot.. Cause you're not!" I yelled. At him Kai kneeled there and looking at me. 

"So!..are you or are you not going to man up and change!" i yelled. Ki flinches when I pointed my finger at him.

 " i'm giving you no choice here Kai... I want to change cause maybe i'll forgive you and just maybe stay with you until you get fed up with me" i said with a smile.

with that kai burst into tears and hugged me again, his loud cry echoed through this empty messed up the cabin.

"i'm sorry...i'm so sorry!!"
