  At an un-opened restaurant near the beach

"!" curse Kris

"I know." said Lay happily

"It's perfect!" said Kris again

"I know." said Lay again

Lay and Kris now seeing Lay soon-to-be restaurant near the beach

"What a location, dude! Isn't it expensive?" ask Kris

"Distress sale. I'm getting it at half price." said Lay

"Your dream restaurant, in front of you. Finally!" said Kris gladly

"Finally." said Lay excited and going to look over with Kris "In the corner, an outdoor barbecue and kitchen. Everything in front of your eyes." said Lay
