Donghae's POV :)

I am a prince. Yes, a prince. Someone who is known to charm all young ladies out there and most people think he does not exist. Well, I'm here to prove to you that he really does exist and I'm a living proof. I am not like those men with horses and swords, but all people, especially my parents refer to me as one because I am rich, and that they are the kings and queens of this kingdom. Modernly speaking, I was born from a rich family, and that I am expected to marry someone. A princess, that would be my other half and love me forever. My mother, the queen, told me that they already have someone in mind in who I am going to marry. It was someone, from another kingdom, who they say, is very charming and attractive just like me. I wonder who she is, and why is she chosen to be my other half.

Well, my mother is a good friend of that girl's mother. In fact, they were best friends. 20 years ago, when I was still in her womb, they made a promise. A promise that is made to be fulfilled at the right time, and at the right place.

Flashback, 20 years ago.

Your Mom: Is it good that we are both pregnant and about to bore our children?

Donghae's Mom: Yes, we are fortunate to have these children inside of us.

They were at the province, near the mountains, enjoying the cool breeze that touched their faces. Umma was still so young back then, and I wonder how significant that promise is.

Your Mom: Since we are best friends, lets make a promise to each other. For me and you. Also for our babies.

Donghae's Mom: Arraseo.

"Together, the two of us will meet again. Same time, and at the same place. Our son and daughter will meet each other for the first time, until they grow up. And as time goes by, we promise to make these two grow into beautiful and handsome individuals, and we'll make them love each other."

So that's the promise that me and that girl's mom were talking about. They wanted me to be with that princess, hoping that we would fall in love with each other. Now, it's time for me to tell you what our love story turned out to be.
