" Its ok I had to stay back to practice too." Tao said smiling

" No not for that no for that as well, but I meant thank you for everything." Tao stopped what he was doing and listened " Thank you for not giving up on me, for helping me perform agian and for staying by my side." Kris said smiling sweetly

"G-Ge." Tao siad tearing up. Then Kris hugged him.

" I-I didn't do anything ge. You d-did it yourself so you don't have to thank me." Tao said embarrased. Then Kris broke the hug making Tao sad 

" No it was you Tao don't be so modest I know I can never thank you enough, but I'll start by giving you a treat." Kris said grinning ang he had a tint of red on his cheeks.

" T-Treat?" Tao asked cutely " Like icecream?" 

" Yeah like ice cream so lets go!" he said grabbing Taos hand and running Tao looked at their entwined hand and smiled grabbing it tightly. FInally it was the day of the first round everyone were freaking out. It was time for Baekhyun to compete with Minho. Minho went first and rapped effortlessly and smirked at the end the girls screamed and were going crazy. Baekhyun was getting nervous and started wiping his sweats that were already forming. Suddenlt Chanyeol came from nowhere and hugged. "Y-Yah! W-What are you doing?" Baek asked flustered

" Good luck Baek you're the best so don't worry." Chanyeol whispered and Baek got even more flustered he nodded and hid his head in Chanyeol's chest. The deep voice of Chanyeol made him relax and after a while he pulled away from the hug and went to perfrom. He started singing and his sounded so raw and it was just beautiful he had his eyes closed during the end and when he opened them after his performance ended he saw everyone cheering for him and among them Chanyeol was cheering the loudest. He gave his eye smile and walked down from the stage. " You were quite good seems like Chanyeol was right." Minho said wlaking up to him.

" Thanks hyung." Then he went towards his friends who all hugged him. " I'm so proud of you." DO said smiling and hugging him

" You were amazing hyung!" Tao said smling and quishing the boy

" Baek that was just wow." Lay said smiling and giving him a hug.

" Seems like the vocals will win again." Xiumin said hugging him

" Group hug!" Luhan shouted and all the 6 guys hugged him morel ike squished him, but its the thought that matters." 

" Thanks guys." He said afetr he got out from the 'hug' he then looked around.

" Looking for Chanyeol?" Luhan asked grinning 

" N-No  why would I look f-for tht g-giant anyway." he said annoyed and stuttering

" Aw Luhan did you hear that  he already has a nickname for him giant. Baek and the giant." Xiumin said in a teasing tone.
