Everything seems to be in slow motion. Or so he thought. His head ringing and vibrating from the impact of the hit. He clutched onto his head in great agony as he desperately searched for air to breathe. It's as if someone is suffocating him and the pain in his head made it worse. He fell on the cold-dirty floor with a loud thud. But he couldn't hear it. He could make out some shuffling and muffled sounds but he couldn't understand. He couldn't hear his surrounding at all. 

Slowly, his eyes closed and the vague memories of the past came haunting him. From the time of his childhood to his high school years. More flashbacks of memories came before his eyes. Suddenly it all changed to something different. He could feel his heart thumping on his ribcage. All he could hear was his heart beat at the background noises are all muffled. 

It was a girl. The most beautiful smile he had ever seen. Her laugh is the most beautiful sound he had heard. Her hair swaying on the wind and she slowly turned around to flash him a smile.

The images suddenly became blurry and he was soon pulled in to a room. A dark room with pictures hanging on every corners. A girl and a boy was there. The girl lying on the bed with a pale and pained expression on as she holds tightly to the boy's hand. The boy was trying to fight the impending tears from his eyes but he sobbed loudly. The girl and boy cried together. It was heart breaking.
