The days passed and my relationship with Ruki grew closer and then it was my 19th birthday the birthday that I lose my human side and I should officially become princess of the Dragon Clan. I really didn't want to wake up because I happily sleeping next to Ruki, but he woke me up anyhow even through I tried to fight him off but I lost that fight. So I ended up getting up and I put my hair up in ponytail and but on a hoodie that was Ruki's and I stole it from him and it smelled like him but he told me that he was going to reveal our relationship to everyone in the community which kinda put me on edge but he did tell me about his family and how both our parents made a pack that their kids would marry each other but their kids would have to meet one another by themselves and that is what happened between us but I was happy I met him because now I had someone in my life that I could love.

"Happy birthday, Yuki!! DO you feel any diffrerent?" He asked as I sat up

"No not really, but I'm satying inside today just incase." I replied

"Believe me you'll feel the change." He said

"Great." I said

Today is January 19th, 2013, my birthday. Ruki left my room while I changed clothes and I changed into some new clothes that Shou bought me which was a pair of new skinny jeans, a dark blue sweater and some tan colored boots so I put that on and curled my hair and put on my mother's necklace and I felt her presents in my room and it felt like she was next to me and it was another gift I found out that I had and that is being able to see my mother and father and be able to speak to them and when I looked in my mirror and I saw my mother for the first time in a few weeks and she looked so beautiful and she smiled at me and came to stand by me.

"Mom how do you think I'll fair being the princess of the clan?" I asked her

"I'm sure you'll  be fine and that Ruki guy your with is your destened prince." SHe replied

"I kinda figured that one out through my visions." I said smiling

"You look beautiful today, my dear." My father said

"Dad?!" I asked

"The only one." He replied

"I'm so happy your both here. I really feel assured that your here and I can take on this change head on but I'm still scared though." I said

"Its okay, I felt the exact way when I knew I would change." my Father said

I happily talked to my parents and I felt a feeling of happines, a feeling which I had been longing for. My parents told me stories from the past and my gifts are excptional to being princess. I told them of my dream I had and they told me it was normal but I thought it wasn't. We talked for awhile until Shou came in and told me I had to go down stairs and he asked me who I was talking to and I told him he wouldn't believe me if I told him and he laughted so we went to go meet up with the others and I saw my parents smile at me and Shou as we walked out. We walked down the grand stair case and the guys were waiting on us and as soon as I got to the last step and Shou went to join the others and then they erupted in a big "Happy Birthday Yuki!!" and I smiled and laughted then they all hugged me tight and I couldn't breathe.

"Where is Ruki?" I asked

"He is outside." Reita replied

"Thanks." I said and I grabbed my jacket and went out to see Ruki and he was standing on the front porch

"Reita, I said leave me alone." Ruki said

"Sorry, not Reita." I said

"Yuki, I didn't know it was you." He said laughing

"Thats a forced  laugh, whats wrong?" I asked

"Nothing." He said

"That nothing sure sounds like something." I said

"I'm second guessing myself, what if I completely turn...bad?" He asked

"What do you mean turn bad?" I replied

"I won't be good for you." He said walking off

"Not good for me?" I asked

"There is a chance I can turn against you and the others." He replied

"Ruki, I won't let that happen. You can over come that." I said leaning over the rail

"I can't." He said and I ran down the stairs to stop him

"Yes, you can." I said grabbing his wrist

"Yuki, let me go please, I don't want to hurt you." He said

"The only way you can hurt me is by walking away from me." I said

"Why do you believe in me? Why do you trust that I won't hurt you or someone you love?" He asked

"You've lasted a year without hurting anyone and I love you." I replied

"How can someone love a monster like me?" He asked not looking at me

"Monster? You put yourself down to much, Ruki." I said

"I put myself down to much?" He asked

"Yes, you do. And I can see past your flaws and imperfections because nobody is perfect, believe me." I replied

"You really don't care about my flaws?" He asked

"Look at me Ruki, I don't care how bad you were in your past what matters now is the future." I replied

"I really must be one of the luckiest guys to have a girl like you." He said

"I think its the other way around, because with out you I wouldn't know love again." I said

And we countinued to talk and then it began to get colder and snow began to fall and we went inside to get warmed up and the guys brought me into the dinning room and there was a birthday cake waiting on me with 19 candles, Shou lit the candles and the guys sang happy birthday to me and then I closed my eyes, made a wish and blew out the candles.

"What did you wish for?" Tora asked

"I can't say because if I do it won't come true." I replied smiling and they all laughed

"Now for the presents." Shou said

"Presents? You guys didn't have to get me anything for my birthday, just being with all of you is perfect enough." I said

"Well this is the first birthday any of us have celebrated in awhile." Ruki said

"Oh but still you guys better not have given me anything childish." I said

"We didn't, believe us." Tora said

"Okay, I believe you." I said

"This one is from me" Shou said and handed me a bag and I opened it up and saw a picture frame and I pulled it out

"Its a picture of mom, dad you and me. Its perfect!!!" I said

"Your welcome." He said

"This one is from me." Ruki said and handed me and unwrapped picture frame face down

"Its a picture of us in the snow, but how?" I asked

"It comes in handy that Reita is like a ninja and he took the picture and got it printed and gave it to me to give to you as a gift." Ruki said

And the rest of the presents were pictures of me with the guys and maybe a necklace thrown in there some where. So my birthday turned out to amazing even though my parents weren't there me.
