We were making our way almost to our castle, when a man stood in our path, he was covered in a cloak and looked just like any other Frostorean, he seemed very tall.

The carriage driver asked him to move but the man demanded to see me before he moved and would not move. The guards in the carriage behind my carriage got out and begun questioning the man.

Soon after, one of the guards came to my carriage window, asking if I would like to talk to the man in our way, because he wanted to talk to me and he apparently cleared the questioning.

Butterflies gathered in my stomach and I couldn't help but ask if Luhan could go with me to talk with the man. Luhan nodded and told me he wouldn't have it any other way. Luhan came out of the carriage first and took my hand to help me down again.

He told me to hold his arm and we walked towards the man. The man bowed in a respectful manner towards me, I bowed back at him as did Luhan.

"Hello my fair princess" he said in a deep but surprisingly nice voice. "H-Hello" I stuttered, I was scared out of my mind, I have never been asked to talk to someone this abrupt before I didn't know what to say or do, my heart was racing.

"I was just wondering if you would be so kind as to let me talk to you in private please?" He said with a slight bow. I was shaking and Luhan could feel it, for he turned and searched my face. I was scared out of mind, I didn't want to talk with this stranger but as a duty of the soon to be queen,

I must communicate with my subjects. "Yes, kind sir." I said with a slight bow of my head and a nervous smile. Luhan looked at me with a worried face and as I tried to let go of my arm he tightened his grip of his arm so I couldn't let go.

I looked and nodded at him as a sign to say I'll be fine. Unwillingly, he let me go to the unknown man. I took the man's arm and he walked me to a corner still in plain sight of the guards but not so close that anyone could hear our conversation.

"I'm sorry to have disturbed your venture home, princess, but I am in need of some answers." He said gently. I honestly had lost control of my breathing patterns and was trying to just remember to not forget to breathe.

"Yes, kind sir, what would you like to know? But do know that some things I can not answer for you." I said hesitantly. He nodded "fair enough, I would just like to know your views on the war against Fireina." He said while sharpening his glare at me.

"My own personal view is that I would like to have peace between our two kingdoms and no war." He gave me a smug look, "that's how everyone wants it, I suppose." He said while looking to the floor then back up at me.

"Yes, sir." I said with a hesitant smile. "What may I address you as if you'd be so kind?" I asked with a curious look, as I could see his face he seemed young and handsome. "You can call me...Kris." He said with a devilish smile. "Unfortunately for you my princess, I have other plans for your day, you will be coming with me."

Then all of a sudden he took me by my waist and held me against him and with a blink of light I disappeared into an alternate universe.

Then I opened my eyes, and all around me, I saw fire, no ice. I was still in Kris' grasp and I begun suffocating and the next thing I knew I felt faint and passed out.

I woke up in an uninviting room, a room that said danger and wrong written all over it, but I was in a chamber, I soon realized, a chamber made of complete ice.

I could see the outside of my chamber was fire everywhere, I was in a chamber inside of a dungeon, for I saw chains in the room outside my chamber. I got up from the bed I was on and looked around confused and lost and scared.

I fell to the floor on my knees and begun to cry. I heard a lock open and a man stepped inside, in a regal coat of fire. I quickly looked up at him and recognized, Kris.

You could definitely tell he had a young strong figure and a handsome face that sent shivers down my spine.

He came and knelt down beside me and gave me a devilish smirk. "Hello, my dear princess." He said with a mocking tone. "Do you know where you are?" He said while back pieces of my hair and pulled my chin up to look at him.

"I think I do, but I don't want to believe it." I said with a worried tone covered up by a scratchy just-been-crying voice.

"Yes my dear princess, you are in Fireina and I...am the prince of this kingdom, so from now on you will address me with such authority." He said while beginning to stand up to tower over me.

"I don't understand, why do you want me? Am I suppose to be bait to win over my kingdom?" I said while looking at him with a helpless glare "and how did you get into my kingdom with my force field still covering?"

"Indeed so, that, and without you, your kingdom has no protection from the Fireinains. I got into your kingdom because as soon as you came close to me, my aura of fire, shot your heart racing and you forgot everything, didn't you feel it?" He said with a low chuckle.

I did feel it, ever since he appeared in front of my carriage, I felt different, in an adrenaline racing pace that made me feel safe, it felt so wrong, yet so right and I can still feel it as he is here with me.

"My mother can still control minds, she won't let it happen." I said with a brave tone.

"Nuh uh uh, now, your mother will do anything to have you back again? Don't you see, capturing you is perfect for our plan to defeat your kingdom and thanks to my decisions, not my father's stupid plans, we will have Frostorea in no time." He said with a proud voice.

"You're horrible! I need to do something!" I said as I got up and ran to the door of the chamber to try to escape.

"No use my dear princess, you will never get out. Plus, I wouldn't mind you staying, you are very breathtaking." He said as he came close to me.

He wrapped his arms around my waist from behind as he whispered in my ear "Let me see, If my brain still serves me right, fire melts ice, have I melted your heart yet princess?"
