Jenni and Namjoon went all over town taking silly random pictures and enjoying each others company as usual, before going back home. Neither of them would admit it out loud but there was always a feeling of dread when it was time to go back to that house. It wouldn't even be a home for either one of them if it weren't for the other.

Without Jenni, Namjoon felt as though he had no one else. And Jenni felt the same way.

She hadn't talked to Jimin or any of the Kim boys since shes been in America. The only person who kept in contact with her was Hyorin but it was only once in awhile. If it weren't for Yuri, Jenni wouldn't have even thought of going back just yet. As wrong as that sounds, she didn't feel like anyone back home even missed her. Let alone want her to come.

But Yuri thought it was the right time to go back and see Hyorin and Seulong. Just not for the same reasons Jenni was thinking.

"Hey, are you alright?" Namjoon nudged Jenni on her arm gently to get her attention. She had been spacing out, thinking about how it reuniting with her family would be like. She hasn't seen them in so long and she wasn't sure if they even wanted to see her.

Namjoon could tell what she was thinking by the look on her face. He grabbed her shoulders and turned her around so she would face him,"hey don't worry too much about it ok? They're going to be happy to see you again." He smiled brightly, showing the dimples in his cheeks that Jenni had grown fond of.

His words comforted her and she couldn't help but smile. Maybe there really isn't anything to worry about.

"Oppa, since your coming you'll get to meet my Jimin oppa," Jenni was excited to have the two most caring guys in her life meet. She was sure they would become good friends. "Oh, thats right I will huh."

"Yeah. Remember I said you remind me of him. You two are just alike, both always caring. I'm sure you two will become good friends. Just remember that I was your friend first ok?"

Namjoon chuckled, really there wasn't a time Jenni wasn't making him smile and laugh. "Of course, I couldn't forget even if I wanted too." He reasured her as he ruffled her hair gently.

Jenni pouted before attempting to fix her hair as Namjoon walked away laughing even more to himself. "Aish oppa! You know you look crazy laughing to yourself like that right?"

Namjoon stopped in his tracks which caused Jenni to stop as well a few feet behind him. "What? What did you say? I look crazy?" Namjoon turned to stare at her with a mischiveous glint in his eyes.

"A-ani... I didn't mean that," Jenni didn't like the look in his eyes at all and stepped back, slowly trying to get away from him.

"Oh ho ho... I'll show you crazy," and with that Namjoon ran after her as she tried to make an escape.

Jenni ran as fast as she could but right when she was in front of their house, Namjoon grabbed her from behind and lifted her off the ground before spinning her around in circles. Jenni couldn't help but squeal and plead with him to let her down but both kids couldn't help but laugh.

"Erhem!" Someone cleared their throat loudly nearby and Namjoon stopped once he caught sight of his father with his arms crossed standing at the front door.

He carefully put Jenni down as he let go of her waist. "Abeoji," Namjoon acknowledged his father and bowed down slightly. Jenni followed suit and bowed before greeting the man she believed was her uncle.

Junsu didn't say anything as he gave the kids a look before going inside the house, leaving the front door wide open to indicate that they should go in as well.

Namjoon saw the look in his fathers eyes everytime he saw him and Jenni together. It was obvious to him that Junsu disapproved but he knew his father well enough to know that he was also hiding something. But Namjoon wasn't too worried about it because he believed that the truth always had a way of coming out. But he still couldn't help but feel curious.

Jenni who had already reached the front door turned back around to see Namjoon still rooted to the same spot with a distant look in his eyes. She knew that look all to well, he was in deep thought about something. But she also knew that he would share it with her when he was ready. So instead of asking any questions, she simply walked back to him, linked their fingers together and walked inside.

Namjoon couldn't help the smll grin that spread across his face. Without Jenni, he would probably be lost in his thoughts and feelings forever.
