After all the energy I lost from the walking and running...
After all the icky smelly sweat...
Now... This?
I swear, I felt my eyes water. And after a second or two, tears began streaming down.
Damn, why am I crying? I can't control them!

“Aww... She's crying! Tears of joy?”

Tears...Of joy? I never knew such thing was possible. The only time I ever cried was when I was feeling sad, and that rarely happened. I wanted the tears to stop... But couldn't.

DAMMIT YOU TEARS!!! STOP IT!!!

“I... I'm not crying...” I sniffed, hiding my face with my palms.

Hiccup. Hiccup.

“Aww... Ririn...” Ji Yong said in awe. “Come here you!” He ran towards me and pulled me in a massive bear hug. “You think we forgotten it was your birthday?”
“...Yeah...” I sniffled.

I couldn't control the tears any longer, so I clung onto Ji Yong's shoulder tightly and wept uncontrollably.
“Aww... Ririn. You're staining my shirt!” Ji Yong jokingly replied in an annoyed tone, but then chuckled right after.
“Don't bully me!” I cried, hitting his back playfully.

“Happy Birthday To You~!”
Everyone in the room began singing.
“Happy Birthday To You~!”
I couldn't help but cry harder on Ji Yong's shoulder. Eugh... This 'tears of joy' thing is actually getting annoying. I really, REALLY wanted it to stop, but my mind gave in.
“Happy Birthday Dear Ririn~!
Seung Hyun pushed a serving trolley towards me, which had a MASSIVE lighted white cake with the words 'HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY RIRIN' iced on it with pink icing. 
Seung Hyun looked at me with a bright smile that screamed 'You're eighteen now!', as he too was singing along. He stopped the trolley in front of me and motioned Ji Yong to release me from the hug.
“Happy Birthday To You~!”
“Blow the candles baby girl!” Ji Yong called out.
I wiped my wet tears with my sleeve as I leaned down and blew the candles.

“THANK YOU!!!” I cried, pulling the the five boys in a group hug.

The whole afternoon, I did nothing but say thank you to the other people that was in the party, and also met some new people – including Teddy from 1TYM – who knew such a serious looking guy would have a great sense of humour, 2NE1 – a four-piece girl group who are, what I call, a badass girl group compared to the other groups out there, Gummy – 'mianhaeyo~!' the singer of my new favourite song, Koo Hye Sun – GEUM JAN DI!!!, and pretty much everyone in the YG Family. Also, my friends from the orphanage were there too!

Gosh! No words could describe how happy I am!
Definitely the best birthday ever!
I mean, even Boss, GaHo and Charlie were wearing those small cone-shaped party hats!

And the strange thing about it is, the people from YG knew me before I knew them.
No, I don't mean it like the BIGBANG boys just told them my name...

“CHOI RIRIN~! WAKE UP! SCHOOL TIME!!”

Another day has passed in the Big Bang residence, and once again, it was Ji Yong that acted as my wake up call.

“Five minutes.” I grunted, pulling the up the pillow and placing it over my head.
“OOF!”
The bed creaked.
“Want me to get the rest of the boys?” The now blonde (when did he get his hair dyed?) said smugly, putting all of his hundred and twenty pound weight on me.
“Dammit, Ji Yong! What have you been eating?!” I exclaimed, attempting to push him off of me.
But failed, due to the fact that Ji Yong was holding onto the bed posts. “You're much heavier!”

Our position was quite... disturbing...
I was on the bottom, lying flat on my stomach, while Ji Yong was on top, his stomach facing my back and had his hands on the bed posts.

It looked as if...

AH CRAP!!!
THIS MAN'S A , I SWEAR!!!

“Wake up Ririn! Unless... you want me to squeeze those... you know... marshmallows.”
Unexpectedly, he started rocking his hips teasingly, making the bed creak. I wanted to scream 'WTF ARE YOU DOING KWON JI YONG?!?!?!?!' but my face was literally squished by the pillow and him.

!! !! !! !! !!

SMASH!!
“What... The . ARE. YOU. TWO. DOING...?”
And that was the first time I ever heard Seung Hyun swear.

“JI YONG!!!” I screamed, once I managed to turn my head to the side. “STOP DOGGY ME!!!”
“Oh, hey Seung Hyun,” Ji Yong turned his head to Seung Hyun and smiled as if everything was normal.

“Hey, Ji Yong! Get off her! That's my job!” Seung Hyun said in a demanding tone. “I adopted her!”
“...”

TO GET ON TOP OF ME DOGGY ME?! WTF?!

Ji Yong slowly got off of me and looked at Seung Hyun. “No hard feelings bro. Whatever. Do whatever you want.”

'OMONA!'

“You call this a school uniform?” I looked at my body from head to toe through the full-length mirror in Seungri and Ji Yong's room. “I look like ty barbie doll.” My face frowned just from it.
“Don't blame me.” Ji Yong replied with arms crossed. “It's the SCHOOL uniform.”
He approached me and looked at my uniform through the mirror. Then... He grinned brightly.
“OH MY GOSH!! YOU LOOK SO CUTE!!” He exclaimed in a giddy-like manner. 
He pulled me to his arms and started fake crying. “I can't believe my little Ririn is going to school and all grown up! It feels like it's only been two days since we took you under our wing... Where did the time go!”
“Uh... Yeah. I'm going to high school, not kindergarten. And that was two days ago!” I replied, gently pushing Ji Yong off of me. “But... Do I really have to wear,” I looked at my uniform with a frown. “THIS?”
Ji Yong tilted my chin so I would face him. “Don't frown.” He smiled cutely. “Your face is too pretty to frown. Besides, you'll get wrinkles from it at a very young age.”

How flattering.

“Hey!” Daesung stuck his head in the room. “You ready?”
His face made an 'OMG' expression (similar to the drive-thru lady. Ah, good times...) as he walked inside the room. “You look...”

“Trampy? ty? Barbie?” I finished for him.

Daesung's eyes widened. “How can you say that!” He exclaimed. “You look pretty!”
“But my dress is too short!” I whined like a little kid. “And the top feels so thin!”

“Come on Ririn,” Seung Hyun appeared out of nowhere in front of the open door. “Let's go,”
I looked behind to face him and nodded. “Later guys,” I told Ji Yong and Daesung as I walked up to the exit.
Seung Hyun and I walked pass Seungri and Tae Yang who were both watching some morning drama on TV and I bid them my goodbyes.
“See you later Ririn!” Seungri chirped.
He raised up his fist up on the air and shouted, “Good luck!” with Tae Yang.

I was definitely going to need it.

I gave them one last wave before exiting the apartment with Seung Hyun.
“What's all this about the school uniform making you 'ty'?” Seung Hyun started as we entered the elevator.
“It's just...” I started quietly. “Too revealing. In my opinion.”

The skirt was a black and white plaided pattern and sickeningly short. And I mean REAL short. It only covered a quarter of my thighs! And the white top was so thin that you could see the bra through it. Though, thank goodness the uniform had a black blazer included, other wise owners of black bras (that would be me.) would look very revealing.

Ding!

The elevator doors opened and the pair of us walked out of it and made our way to the parking area. Seung Hyun pressed a button from his car keys which unlocked the car. He opened the passenger door for me, despite the fact that I was going to do it myself (This man has done way too much for me! I'm touched. – I mean, adopting me, letting me live with him, planning me the best birthday party ever... Though, it makes me feel guilty a little...) and I entered after saying a 'thank you'.
Seung Hyun went around and got inside the car too. “Oh yeah,” He said instantly after he started the engine. “I'm going to pick you up early. Around lunchtime.”
“Hmm... may I ask why?” I questioned.
“We're going to Court.” He answered seriously.

“RIRIN!!! WAIT, DON'T GO YET!!!”
Seung Hyun looked through the rear view mirror and saw a flash of blonde. “Hmm... Ji Yong wants you.”
“RIRIN!” Ji Yong shouted, running to the passenger door.
I opened the car window and glanced at the exhausted Ji Yong. “Hey,” I greeted. “You better be quick, it's almost quarter past eight.”
“You forgot this,” He replied in-between pants.
He held out a white leather tote bag with the letters 'D&G' in sterling silver stuck to it.
“A... Bag?”

I honestly did not remember owning nor buying a 'Dolce & Gabbana' bag. It was too expensive in my case.
“I got it for you,” Ji Yong said. “I forgot to give it to you yesterday. I suppose you could use it as a school bag for now, since you don't have one at the moment.”

Why didn't I notice that before?

He handed me the bag and I gladly accepted it. “Oh yeah, I prepared you lunch! Make sure you eat it! It took me two hours to make! Later guys!” Ji Yong said with a wave and ran off.

Two hours? It must be a very special lunch then.
I couldn't help but giggle when I felt my heart flutter from the feeling of thankfulness. It made me all giddy inside. I knew I had to get back at Ji Yong – despite the fact that he constantly '' in the morning twice in a row.

“Wasn't that very nice of him?” I brightly beamed to Seung Hyun, who playfully rolled his eyes. “Psh... My gift for you is much better than a designer bag.”

“Gift?” I asked, slightly confused.

Last time I checked, Seung Hyun never give me a present. Not that I was expecting one since he told me he bought the giant cake as my present.

“Yeah, a gift.” Seung Hyun replied cooly. “Wanna see it now?”
“Um, OK.” I answered. “Whenever you want. But don't I have to go to school?”
