Chapter 5: Freak

Author's POV:

Sun was startled that morning. She had woken up next to sleeping Chanyeol. Not that it was anything unusual. Chanyeol always came to comfort her after her panic attacks. It's what happened after that, that really startled her. The thing Jinyoung told her that morning at breakfast. When he had asked her if she had heard of the beast, of herself. She of course responded with a simple no, and quickly changed the subject. The maids however almost ruined it. They almost ruined the blooming of a new friendship. If Jinyoung knew who Sun really was, he'd leave in a heartbeat, and Jinyoung and Sun would never have any time to become friends. So she had to keep an eye on them and make sure none of them slipped up.

"Madame." Chanyeol says, startling Sun who had been watching Jinyoung garden for the past four hours. "It is around lunch time. Maybe Gardner Jinyoung is hungry? Shall I send the maids to send him a meal?" Sun begins to shake her head yes, but then glances down at Jinyoung working hard. "No...I'll do it." Sun says, surprising both her and Chanyeol. Sun was more of the keep-to-herself type. She never talked to the workers, unless giving orders. Well everyone except Chanyeol, but he didn't count. He was like an older brother to her.

"You sure Madame? It's awfully cold outside this time of the year. " Chanyeol says. Sun just nods her head, "Yeah, I'm sure. I need to get out of this bubble. I can't stay locked up here forever. I feel like a prisoner in my own home...I want to get out. I want to experience new things. I'm tired of living this way." Chanyeol gives her a nod
