Chapter 11: This Means War

Author's POV:

"She's it, she's the beast." Chanyeol's words rung in Jinyoung's head as he stared at the butler in front of him. No way...she seems so calm. There's no way that she can be the beast. I mean I dissed the beast right in front of her face! Wouldn't I have been fired if it was her?

Chanyeol smirked at Jinyoung, noticing how his forehead wrinkles in concentration. He's thinking "how could it be possible?" isn't he? Chanyeol thought. "It's possible." Chanyeol says, smiling a little too much at the stumped Jinyoung. "In fact it's oh so very possible. All she'd have to do is pop some pills and she'd be good for a couple hours. And besides..." Chanyeol says glancing over at Sun, "Have a look for yourself." Chanyeol jerks his head towards the Sun, who seems to be having a mini breakdown at the table.

What? So was what he said the truth? No no. Stop Jinyoung. Chanyeol is just messing with you. He knows that if you knew who the beast was you'd get scared off and lose interest. He's just trying to get to you. But you're smart, you won't fall for things so easily. Gerda's probably just scared since she's always been kept at the house. She doesn't know anyone and I left to go to the bathroom, which I've been in for about 10 minutes now...she's gonna think I have problems.

"Well, I guess this date's over huh?" Chanyeol says giving Jinyoung a hard clap on the back. "Good seeing you." And with that Chanyeol headed over to Sun's table.

Taking his seat.

Touching his date.

Eating his gomguk stew.

Whispering things in his date's ears.

This guy just loves pissing me off doesn't he? Angrily Jinyoung hit the wall. Damm, it was going so well too.  Jinyoung peered over at the two, watching as Chanyeol places a hand on her shoulder and whispered who knows what in her ears. He watched as Sun's breathing slowed and she relaxed.

Seeing this Jinyoung couldn't help but feel a little jealous. Why doesn't she seem so nervous around him? She's always blushing, stumbling, and fretting...and with him...she's all happy smiles, and looks of gratefulness. Like she feels grateful that this dumb butler of a guy, Chanyeol saved her from one
