He is eloquent and I am gullible.

  He said man could reach the moon, so I thought he would take me there. We looked at the night sky and he pointed the stars. He looked at me then said,

  “Star is beautiful.”

  So I thought I was his most beautiful star.

  He talked vaguely so I defined it as his way of loving me. Defying his vague words was like writing the wrong answer in matched box of a crossword. I would complete the crossword without even one right answer.

  He would look at me and smiled, and I would not turn my head to see who was behind me so I could make myself believe that I was the only one in sight. I would listen too his entire vents without the name of the subject. He said he was in love and I took it as myself

  All because he is eloquent and I am gullible.
