ANGELA   Right now, I’m not really sure which situation is more awkward for me, or in Zee’s case, more hilarious, the fact that she saw Kyuhyun lying on top of me or the fact that she caught me secretly spazzing over Kyuhyun’s hotness.   “What look?” I asked innocently, trying to remain my composure but I couldn’t bring myself to look at Zee. I stopped playing the video and closed the browser.   “THAT~look!” She pointed at my face as she grinned widely.   OH MY GOD! This is really embarrassing! I knew my cheeks were feeling hot but do I look that red already?   “I…I don’t know what you’re talking about.” I couldn’t help but stutter as I closed her laptop.   “Oh don’t stop watching on my account!” Zee pressed on with the teasing.   “I was…” I began as I rose up from my seat. “Finished anyway and I’m sick of looking at his face.” I made a face of disgust and flipped my hair before crossing my arms.   Yea right, Angela. Like she’d buy that.   “Oh please Angela! Your mouth says you don’t but your eyes just practically spelled out Kyuhyun for me and it says H.O.T!” My friend was widening her eyes at me, the teasing tone still not disappearing.   “No it doesn’t!” I exclaimed outrageously as I stomped my feet, and looked to my left. “I wasn’t even paying attention to him.”   I know these are all lies but I can’t just accept it. I just can’t.   “Well… even if  Kyuhyun only had his solo for the last part of Boom Boom, I’m sure he left a strong impression.” I heard Zee say in an amused voice.   Last part?   I turned to face her again. “He had his solo at the start of the song and—” I stopped midway, my eyes widening when I realized I’ve been outsmarted by my friend, who was already wearing a triumphant smile.   Sneaky Zee!   “Gotcha!” She winked at me that all I could do was purse my lips out of frustration and defeat.   I knew arguing with her would be pointless since she, well…caught me. UGH I feel so lame right now!!   We both ate lunch in silence for a short while. I still couldn’t look at Zee so I just busied myself with my small servings of rice, egg, pork chop and kimchi. I’m not really fond of spicy foods but I’m starting to learn how to eat and enjoy kimchi. It does goes well with rice, especially when it’s hot and steaming.   “Hey, how about we go to a musical to relax? Eunhyuk Oppa just called and he’s going with his sister. Want to go?” Zee asked, looking hopeful.   I finally looked up at her as soon as I swallowed the last spoonful of my food and said, “Sounds nice but I really wouldn’t understand it.”   We started collecting the used dining utensils and placed them on the sink.   “No worries. Their acting will tell you and of course, I’ll translate some for you.” She said as soon as we started to wash the dishes.   Hmm…Well, I guess it would be interesting to see a musical based and done by Koreans. I love watching musicals, anyway.   “As long as Kyuhyun’s not going with us, I’m good.” I said as I passed the last washed plate to Zee.   Too much awkwardness has been happening to me since last night. I’m not sure how much more of it I could still take.   She took it and placed it on the rack, then wiped her hands. “It’s all settled then. We’re leaving at 4. The musical starts at around 7 and we’ll be meeting them at the entrance.” She finished with a smile and I just nodded in agreement then went to my room to start looking for a dress to wear for the show later.     We arrived at Chungmu Art Hall at around 6pm and Zee and I went straight ahead to the ticketing area to claim the tickets she booked online. I guess I could assume that this musical seems to be a hit since a lot of people are crowded outside, may it be of the younger generation or the older ones.   So I ended up wearing one of Zee’s welcoming gifts, as she had put it, for me. As she promised from before, she did take me to one of the shopping districts in Seoul, where she bought 3 sets of new clothes for me. I told her she didn’t have to do this for me but she insisted. Well, I have some clothes with me all right but for someone who ran away from home, she knew that I wouldn’t be bringing much, especially the ones to fight off the chilly weather here.   I wore this vitange-looking pastel pink, long-sleeved baby doll dress. Since it was a bit cold because it’s already spring, I wore this brown leggings and matched it with my ever trusty pair of cream-colored furred booties.   “Zee! Over here!” At the sound of Eunhyuk Oppa’s voice, both Zee and I turned out heads to our right and saw him with the rest of his company behind him. There were two boys and one girl, whom I suppose, was his sister.   We walked towards them and bowed in greeting. One boy, who kind of resembles Sungmin Oppa cuteness, high fived Zee. I was starting to feel shy again with these new faces around us.   “Oh yea, before I forget.” Eunhyuk Oppa began in Korean as he stood in between a young looking girl in her mid 20’s with long black hair and a boy who looks like a highschooler. Basing it on his actions, I think Oppa was introducing us to one another. “This is my sister, Lee Sora and Yesung hyung’s little brother, Jongjin.”   He then then turned towards us and gestured to Zee. “And guys, this is Zee, Henry’s cousin and Heechul hyung’s girlfriend.”   “And Angela.” He said as he gestured his hand to me. “The girl I told you about.” I didn’t really understand the last few words he said but I noticed the change on Eunhyuk Oppa’s expression as he looked at his companions.   I can’t really explain what exactly it was but it looked something like mischevious. Now, I just feel even more awkward as I stood there and tried to smile at them shyly.   I think Zee noticed it as she tried to relax my tensed shoulders with her touch. “Angela, relax. These are just some of SJ’s siblings. Lee Sora Unnie, Eunhyuk Oppa’s sister.” I looked at Sora Unnie and she gave me a warm smile as she waved her hand at me.   “Then there’s Sungjin, Sungmin Oppa’s younger brother.” I looked at the guy who high-fived Zee earlier and he gave me a little wave and smile. So no wonder he kind of looked like Sungmin Oppa. “And Jongjin, Yesung Oppa’s younger brother.” He pointed at the very young looking highschool boy.   “Hi! Nice to meet you all.” I said as soon as I found my voice and bowed a little.   “What year were you born?” Sungmin Oppa’s brother asked me right away that it surprised me a little.   “1991.” I replied shyly.   “Cool! I’m not the youngest in the group.” He exclaimed happily then Yesung Oppa’s brother, nudged him as he laughed.   “Don’t mind him. He’s been the youngest in the crowd whenever we go out.” He began with a kind smile. “And I’m born in 1987 so I’m your oppa.” He finished as he offered his hand for a hand shake and I took it.   “So I’m calling you ‘Oppa’ too because I’m an 88-liner.” Zee said to which Jongin Oppa responded with a chuckle.   “Looks like it.” He replied.   “I hope you guys don’t mind we bought front row tickets.” Sora Unnie said with a smile.   “Oh not at all. Oppa called earlier to tell me that so we got to book our ticket online.” Zee told her.   Cool! Front row tickets. So we get to have a really good view, I guess. I hope there’s a handsome actor or something. Haha! Just kidding.   When I tried to look around the place, I noticed that a lot of people, particularly teenage girls, were turning their heads towards our direction from time to time. Then I remembered the people I was with. Eunhyuk Oppa didn’t have much disguise except for a pair of glasses and a scarf to cover the lower part of his face, but he was still recognizable. I noticed that some people were also pointing at Sora Unnie, Jongjin Oppa and Sungjin Oppa. I’m guessing that they’re quite well-known to the SJ fans too since they’re the siblings, after all.   I was starting to feel uncomfortable though with all these looks. So I stayed close beside Zee. I’m afraid of what these people might think of me, and to think that this was the same reason why I left my country. I just don’t want to be involved in another controversy.   “I think we better get inside now.” Jongjin Oppa said and we all agreed to it.   As we were walking towards the theatre, there were some fans who were gutsy enough to approach Eunhyuk Oppa, and he greeted them with a wave and smile in return. There were people taking pictures of our group. I kept my head slightly down but just enough for me to still see my companions and where I’m walking at. According to Zee, the fans give quick updates of what’s going on with their idols, and with the kind of technology we have now, I’m sure it’s all uploaded on the internet now.   We settled on the soft cushioned seats while we waited for the show to start. I was sandwiched in between Zee, who was on my left and Jongjin Oppa on my right. Zee was busy talking to Eunhyuk Oppa and his sister, while I’ve been trapped in an ambush interview by Jongjin Oppa and Sungjin Oppa, who was sitting beside him.   “So Eunhyuk hyung told us you’re from the Philippines.” Jongjin Oppa told me as he faced me.   “Yes.” I replied with a smile.   “Cool! I studied there for 3 years.” Sungjin Oppa piped in as he peeked his head over Jongjin Oppa’s shoulder to see me.   “Really?” I said sounding really amused. “What school was it?”   “Yale Academy in Ortigas.” He said proudly.   “Ah.” I nodded my head in recognition.   I do know that place. No wonder he’s good in English. I mean a lot of Koreans go to the Philippines because of the cheaper tuition fee and they want to learn English. I guess that’s one thing to be proud about m
