One-Meal-A-Day Diet

Guide to Kpop Diet (this is what idols do)

One-Meal-A-Day Diet

These days, the 'ONE-MEAL-A-DAY' diet or the 'INTERMITTENT FASTING' diet has becoming more and more popular in Korea. Idols like Sistar's Dasom, Secret's Hyosung and BEG's Ga In revealed that they are using that method to lose weight. But you can only use this method for a week. It wouldn't be healthy if you used this method for a month or so. I did this once before when I was invited to a pool party. I wanted to have a flat stomach so I could be able to wear my bikini so my friend introduced me to this diet. I did this for a week and it worked. Basically, you just have to eat a meal once a day. But you can still eat snacks like almonds, strawberries, apple, etc. For example, you can only eat a meal with fruits, veggies, protein, and dairy in the afternoon. And that's it. You can't eat again. But if you get hungry, you can eat a banana or something. It is important to never skip breakfast so you should eat at least a fruit. And you can't drink other beverages other than water, coffee, or green tea. Also, keep track of what you eat. Use a food diary if you want. For better results, try working out. But that isn't mandatory so don't worry 'bout it ^ ^.

Chapter 9: I dont quite understand this one though. You said the first step to bend left knee but then you said to keep your free leg straight? I want to try this but your instructions were quite contradicting with the pic given and the pic not giving much either

Hi, I'm new just wanted to share my Kpop diet experience. I started it on August of 2013 and 6 months later went from 335lbs to 200lbs, took 6 months after that to get 185lbs, currently stuck here. :)
I ate right, worked out on the treadmill and danced 5 days out of 7. My little machine and my kpop filled Ipad gave me the inspiration to keep on going. Till this day, I've kept my weight. Don't give up everyone. It works! just keep dancing.
here is a before and after pic.
