Breakfast like a Queen...

           Lunch like a Commoner...

Breakfast like a queen

For breakfast, you should eat fruits, grains, vegetables, protein and dairies.

Lunch like a Commoner

For lunch, you should eat fruits, vegetables, and protein.

Dinner like a Bum

For dinner, you should eat only protein.

As you can see in the photo above, the proportions of food you eat becomes smaller so my advice is for you to eat at a medium-sized plate for breakfast then a small plate for lunch and a smaller plate for dinner. Also, remember to always drink a lot of water (it makes you feel full). In Dream High, Pilsuk did 30 minutes of skipping everyday to help her lose weight. You should do that as well. It helps you lose about 200 calories. If you don't like skipping, you should go to gyms, do pilates, play any sport, or walk up the stairs.

Chapter 9: I dont quite understand this one though. You said the first step to bend left knee but then you said to keep your free leg straight? I want to try this but your instructions were quite contradicting with the pic given and the pic not giving much either

Hi, I'm new just wanted to share my Kpop diet experience. I started it on August of 2013 and 6 months later went from 335lbs to 200lbs, took 6 months after that to get 185lbs, currently stuck here. :)
I ate right, worked out on the treadmill and danced 5 days out of 7. My little machine and my kpop filled Ipad gave me the inspiration to keep on going. Till this day, I've kept my weight. Don't give up everyone. It works! just keep dancing.
here is a before and after pic.
