Tiffany POV

“Got the drinks.” Taemin came back

I jumped up

“It’s Minho and Jiwon!” I yelled

“Where?!” Taemin looked around frantically

“On the Farris wheel!” I laughed and gathered my things “We have to get to them before Krystal and Key do.” I took off running, not bothering to check if Taemin was following

Ji Won POV

“I cant believe I let you talk me into this.” I covered my eyes as we went higher on the Farris wheel

“Come on, how else are you supposed to get over your fear of heights?”

“On the floor where its safe, would be good.” I peeked out from my hand

“Stop acting like a baby.” He pulled my hands down

I gaped at him, but he didn’t seem to care, he just stared down at the people…who kept getting smaller

“JIWON!” I heard my name being yelled but I couldn’t see any one. Even Minho could hear, he looked to his right and then pointed

“Isnt that Tiffany?” he asked obviously amused by the way that Taemin was running after her with all the food in his hands

“shoot, they found us.” I said sarcastically

Minho laughed

“What do you think your doing!” Tiffany yelled

“Relax MOM, this is an experiment” I called out

She placed her hands on her hips and bean tapping her foot, clearly a sign that she was losing her temper.

I am so dead once I get off this ride.

“She looks mad…” Minho said in awe

“You think, this is all your fault” I blurted, I was kidding but it didn’t sound that way

“Oh really? Care to explain how?” he crossed his arms

“You should have charged you phone!”

He busted out laughing, making everyone around turn to look at us

“What’s so funny?” I asked

“I did charge it” he smirked

“excuse me?” I gave him a weird look, if he had charged his phone it wouldn’t have drowned…

“I charged my phone… I just turned it off” he was all smiles as he saw my jaw drop

I couldn’t even find the words to say anything… I opened my mouth but no sound.

I crossed my arms and faced the front

“Are you mad?” he leaned in to ask

I didn’t say anything. I kept looking straight ahead. Actually I was looking at what appeared to be Key and Krystal…

“Hey…isn’t that your girlfriend?” I pointed to the ride in front of the Farris wheel

He stopped smiling and looked at where I was pointing, They seemed to be holding each other real close.

Minho cleared his throat and straightened up

“Nah” he said

“But, she’s wearing the same-”

“It looks like her but, it probably isn’t…” he trailed off

“What?” I was so confused, how could he not see the resemblance?

He shook his head and then turned to face me

“How much do you like Key?” he asked me suddenly

“Uh-“

“I mean if you found out he had a girl, would you be sad?”

“I-“

“Or would you be sad for like a little bit and then get over it because you realize it was stupid.”

“Will you let me talk.” I chimed in before he said anything else. “honestly, if you would have asked me about a week ago, I would have told you that Key was the only one for me…” But since last night… could it be that I was having second thoughts because of Minho?

“And now?” Minho asked when I didn’t continue

“And now… I don’t know, I guess I could get over it…” I sighed as I realized how big this change had been. In a matter of 24 hours I was able to forget about key and have fun with another guy instead of feeling awkward or guilty. “Why do you ask?”

His smile faded and he looked down, avoiding my gaze

“Yesterday when I kissed you…” he began, I felt the butterfly’s in stomach take off “you were about to turn around and see him...Kissing…hugging or whatever that was-“

“So you only kissed me so I wouldn’t see Key kissing anyone else?” I asked in disbelief.

I didn’t know if I should be mad or happy. Part of me was disappointed that Minho hadn’t kissed me because of something that he felt, and even more so because it was my first kiss. And another part was touched that he would want to protect me from seeing, my only crush (at the time) in the embrace of some other girl

“I guess, if you want to see it that way” he shrugged “feel free to smack me at any time” he said still avoiding eye contact

I contemplated that thought for a moment, as appealing as it sounded, I knew I couldn’t.

“Wow.” I said simply “this is really awkward….” I chuckled

“yup.” He smiles, finally looking up

“Thanks I guess.”

He chuckled

“Its sort of nice… but next time… ” I trailed off… I was about to tell him not to kiss me, but truth was I didn’t mind it…

UGGGG

I don’t know why but I felt like this ride was taking way too long to end

“But next time?.” He shifted his body so that he was facing me “I shouldn’t kiss you?”

I shook my head to embarrassed to say anything else, how did he guess!

“Don’t worry.” Minho scoffed

“About?”

“I wont be doing that again…if it bothers you that much” he smirked

I sighed

“Do what exactly?” I played dumb

“You know. Kissing you… taking you home, just making it seem more that what it really is. Sorry if I put you in an uncomfortable situation.”

 “Nah, it wasn’t uncomfortable…just weird.” I admitted

“I know, I was so drunk last night… “he seemed to be lost in thought “ I might have imagined it”

Just then the Farris wheel stopped

“Imagined what?” I asked, but was ignored

“Here” Minho got out first and held out his hand

I can’t feel anything for Key anymore… Because what I had just seen… was real. I know it was Key and Krystal. I’m positive

I took his hand.

And Minho… well that kiss just proved out to be a misunderstanding, just like when we were in 8^th grade…

Something’s are better left unknown
